  • Go check out the AMZCHEF juicer we used in our video. We do not make anything if you purchase one. We really love the juicer since it can be used for not only juice but other recipes and does a great job.

Ali, you have done a great job if they are ready to start their lives as adults. I always remembered when my two boys were moving out, that as hard as it was and how lonely and quiet the house felt, it was my job from the beginning to give them roots and then wings. Don't worry, at some point, they will be back for food, even the international one. Thank you for my videos. I have learned so much from you.

Good luck to both your sons in their next life's adventures. You will be ok it just takes time to get used to the quiet. Also face time as much as you can it really does help.

Thank you! I made sure we all had new devices to keep in contact at all times. It’s going to be so strange to be so quiet.

Thanks so much for the early morning video! You did that reference to My Big Fat Greek Wedding perfectly. It’s tough letting them go. I know. I have implemented all of the things you have been teaching us into my kitchen and am so appreciative. The only thing I can suggest with having a child out of the country is to make sure your passports are up to date. Much love.❤

I ran to the post office as soon as he told us he was going and got it. We’re already planning to visit in a month. My momma heart needs to see where he is to know it’s all okay. Thank you!

I’m so sorry you both are going through this trial of two moving out at once. That happened to me as well. Ten years ago but still. It happened. Here’s how i suggest digesting your new normal:
•Keep communicating with them even when they don’t respond. They have a new normal too.
•Don’t offer unsolicited advice but let them know you are there if they are in need.
•Let them make their own mistakes AND resolve them, unless they ask for help then, use boundaries.
•Find a new purpose. You two have a great marriage. Make it greater. Reconnect, rekindle, date more.
•do you still have a kid/kids at home? Don’t forget they still need you, especially if they say they don’t.
•become an individual again. Find “me” time.
•make more videos/make a new channel. You are loved.
•Spread your wings and soar like eagles.

Thank you. The baby is 19 and we’re taking him on a long road trip so the three of us have time to learn our new norm. ❤️

It’s terrible and I wish more people talked about how to handle it. Thank you ☺️
