Enjoying a peppermint mocha while watching your video. Love your progress on the SAL and the Santa's house. The color variegation on the house is beautiful. Have a great rest of your day 😊
No idea if those colours have a special meaning but that type of tree looks also very cute 😄 Santa's House will look amazing, it already looks great 🏡 See you tomorrow 😍🎄🎅🧵🪡
I was just going to post the same. Sometimes feather trees are done in silver or gold flocked feathers; that could be what the white and gold is representing.
I cannot believe how fast December is going! Nothing puts it in perspective quite like watching daily flossmas videos! I cannot believe it's already day 17! Lovin every second of it tho, Andrew! Its fun watching u while i stitch on my holiday projects...u get much more done than me lololol 🐈⬛🪡❤️
Your videos are just wonderful!!! I love watching you paint your Santas, and your voice is so soothing when you read the Christmas stories!! Merry Christmas to you and your family, and happy stitching!!! ❤🌲🎄❤
Hi Debbie! I believe this comment must have been meant for Teresa Kogut's flosstube. So you might want to go back to her video to post it there as well. She has such great videos and I'm glad you're enjoying her too!
@therunnerstitcher So sorry!! Somehow I posted it on yours instead of Teresa Kogut's!! But I thought that I posted on yours too!! Lol!! Anyway, I want you to know that I watch your Christmas videos everyday and I love them!! Winston is so cute and I love your stitching!!! I watch everyone of all of your videos. You are so sweet!! Have a Merry Christmas and happy stitching!!!
Aww it's no problem at all! haha. I just figured I would tell you so you could comment again on hers :). And thank you so much, that's very kind of you to say. I'm so glad you're enjoying the daily videos and Winston's appearances! Happy stitching!
Aww good, I'm so glad you're enjoying these videos! I love Arica's channel. She has so much knowledge about stitching it's amazing. Glad you liked it too!
Oh no way! I'm so sorry you ran over a squirrel... and then I went and ate mine ha. Not a good day for squirrels. Glad you're enjoying these videos! :). Happy stitching!
Hi Andrew and Winston! WOW, you are a stitching machine. You got a lot done on your Christmas house. I am a slow stitcher, even if I am only stitching with one thread. I’ve tried to stitch faster but I find that I make more mistakes. Your Evertote stitch is coming along. I think your 2 motifs at the top with the crowns are going to be Snow Queens. Can’t wait to see what you stitch next. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.❤❤❤❤❤😊
Snow Queens would be so much fun! That was my thought too maybe. I honestly didn't try to go fast, I just was stitching. I think the pattern was so much fun to stitch!
Today I chocolate cheers-ed with a chocolate dipped biscotti and my coffee (topped with some frothed egg nog!) I really out-did myself today and I’m not sorry haha. Your squirrel chocolate was adorable, you had the best reaction! Until the next stitch, thanks for sharing ❤
Delightful video! Thank you so much for all of your hard work! Your stitching is absolutely beautiful. That was an impressive amount of stitching. I think that I've only gotten close to that once, and it was a day that I had taken off from work. I hope that you have a wonderful day 🎄
Thank you! It makes the hard work worthwhile when I know people like you are enjoying the videos and stitching so much :). I love sharing this hobby with you. Happy stitching!
The tree actually looks like a bell to me from a distance. I've done all of my Fabulous Houses (I've only finished 4) on 1 over 1 on 36 count. I think with the exception of the Greenhouse they all had something like 14k stitches, so finishing one in a week is a pretty big ask.
Oh interesting! Maybe it is a bell ha. Good for you getting 4 finished! Wowsa yeah I didn't realize it was 14K stitches. I don't even know if I'll just get the house done either, but I'll try!
@@therunnerstitcher I actually went back in checked because that seemed like a lot of stitches for a 120x120 non full coverage piece and it's definitely less than 14k. The cottage, which seemed like the most stitch heavy that I've done came in at around 10k (manual counting while stitching, so give or take for human error). Still that's a lot of stitching if you're not focusing on the one piece.
Hi Andrew & Winston! We are having a warm up too. I think Thursday it’s supposed to be 80! (No, not bragging) 😂 I can’t believe you ate the squirrel dude. 😂😂 Hmmmm, reminds me of a Charlie Brown Christmas tree. 😊 I think they are savings the ladies heads until last… WOWZA!! That’s a lot of stitches!!!😱👀 Hey, we make our own rules. It’s the fun part of being an adult. 😂
Wow 80 does sound nice haha. Yup... I ate it. The tree is kind of Charlie Brown ish. I think you're right... maybe that will be what we get on day 24 lol.
Thank you so much for the kind words about my stained glass owl. For your Cottage Garden Sampling houses….have you put them into pattern keeper or Mark up? I totally agree that one strand stitching is much faster than two strand stitching. Take care. 🦉🎅🏼🧑🏼🎄❤️
Not yet. Still deciding ha. Thinking maybe a patchwork project bag, but not sure. I do love the Santa's house piece... so many more stitches than I anticipated!
Just enjoying my protein coffee with peppermint mocha, I am loving the way that stitch along is coming along. How is the Roxy floss? I’ve never tried it. You will have that house done in no time.
Excellent choice! I'm enjoying the Roxy Floss! I'm finding it to be a bit more tangly, but that's likely a me problem haha. But I love the colors and that makes it all worth it!
Hi Andrew. I am really enjoying your flossmas videos! I have two of the matchbox advent calendars. My question is-what are your plans for all the small stitches after you complete them. 😊
That's totally fine! It's all in how you like to stitch or track your stitching. I enjoy the numbers part of it and tracking all of my wips so that's why I count mine :)
Unfortunately I don't think this is available any longer as it sold out earlier in the year. I would contact the folks at Evertote to see if the pattern will be released separately on it's own in the future, but I'm not aware of the release plan. Hope this helps!
It would not be Christmas without a little gold glitter and pine needles. Your work is really impressive to follow.
That is true! Two very good Christmas colors. Aww thank you so much. I'm glad you're enjoying seeing these projects come to life!
Queen cheerleaders - i love it!! Santa’s house is coming along - beautiful stitching❤❤
Thank you! It's been really fun to stitch up!
You rocked on Santa’s house! I am so glad you are enjoying one thread. I love it! See you tomorrow. 🎄🎄
You were right (as always ha). 1 strand is SO fun to stitch on 36 count. Lighter coverage than I would normally go with but I still love it!
Good morning Andrew I am totally enjoying flossmas videos. That piece is coming out so beautiful. I really love it. Your work is beautiful.
I appreciate it! It's been a fun piece to stitch on and I'm so glad you've been enjoying the videos!
Andrew the Nordic Advent stitch is looking very Christmasy! Great job!
It is definitely getting more christmasy as we go! Thank you!

Love peppermint mochas too! I do love the colors of the Santa's house. It's been so much fun!

The mini tree from yesterday is representing a Feather tree. Love your flossmas videos Thank you for doing them. Merry Christmas !
I was just going to post the same. Sometimes feather trees are done in silver or gold flocked feathers; that could be what the white and gold is representing.
Ah interesting! That makes more sense! Thank you for pointing that out!
Thank you for pointing that out!!
Hi Andrew
Santa’s house is looking great!
I love one strand over two linens threads on 36 count. It just looks so nice. ❤
Thank you so much! I totally agree... that was the right call for me. It's so enjoyable!
So fast right?! I can't believe it either. We are so close to Christmas now! Well it's not a race and progress is progress!
Cute squirrel, Tiny tree needs a star on top. Like the Advent progress, very pretty!
Thank you so much!
your Flossmas is "my UA-cam ADVENTURE CALENDAR" it is so exciting what your daily work is. I really enjoy it.❤
Aww good! I'm so glad you're enjoying it and having your own little UA-cam Advent!
❤❤❤

I have been loving your floss’s posts. Such fun seeing each reveal. Thanks for the recommendation of Floss and Fibre Canada.
Aww good, I'm so glad you're enjoying these videos! I love Arica's channel. She has so much knowledge about stitching it's amazing. Glad you liked it too!
When you were saying "snow border" I thought you were saying "snowboarder" and I was squinting so hard 😆
hahaha! That's hilarious. No snowboarders here ha.
I accidentally ran over a squirrel this morning and then what chocolate do you get? A squirrel! 😢
I have really enjoyed seeing your videos everyday!
Oh no way! I'm so sorry you ran over a squirrel... and then I went and ate mine ha. Not a good day for squirrels. Glad you're enjoying these videos! :). Happy stitching!
Good morning to you and Winston! The yellow and red tree looks like one of those tiered trinket trays to me.
Oh you're right like a tiered cookie tray or something. Good idea!

Ok you win for sure. That sounds delicious! Frothed egg nog?! Amazing. I loved that little squirrel ha.

Andrew...beautiful stitching...you might try 2 strands of white on the snow and house for better sight coverage...just a little hack that I use❤
Thank you! I appreciate that tip. I'll give that a thought!
Hello Andrew have you decided on what todo with the advent pieces? Santas house is a cute little piece Happy stitching

That's a great question and honestly I'm not sure yet haha. Time will tell I guess!
I've never counted my daily stitches because I use paper patterns. I have no clue, but I'm a monogamous stitcher, so it hasn't really come up.
That's totally fine! It's all in how you like to stitch or track your stitching. I enjoy the numbers part of it and tracking all of my wips so that's why I count mine :)
Is there a direct link to the Nordic Advent?
