Just found you on you tube. Your stitching is beautiful! I had leg cramps at night as well. I started taking magnesium supplements and they went away! Dr. Berg on You tube suggested it was magnesium deficiency. Also it helps you sleep at night.

I don't know where you live but I use On The Wall framing in Santa Ana, CA as they are very experienced in working with needlework. They ship all over the states and world. They have a way to take pictures to show you what various frames etc will look like for your piece! I love them!
