Replace or service your carburetor.
Also check if your throttle spring is intact

I changed piston and its rings.
Installed back rotor(Armature) and stator(Dynamo) but they are touching/rubbing.

Check the stator whether is well seated

I checked the output voltage i.e zero , no voltage is transfering.Further noticed that carbons are not seated in the centre of both slip rings of rotor(armature).Can slip rings be adjusted slight forward?
All these components are well seated though

Good day, I’m working on a Thermocool engine 6900 generator
I notice that the valve push rod also hook in btw the valve plate making it hard to start this morning when I checked I noticed that the two push rod is worn out at top so I turn it up side down for them to use it and it worked but is there any other thing I need to do for it to be perfect??

Replace the push rod it will start working well
