Today , we made a karela gosht I told my parents and guests to eat with out roti and chawal with spoon only. they laughed at me and started eating in the same traditional way. I consumed this dish karela gosht with spoon cooked in mustard oil and three whole eggs omlete now they are tired and cant even move and i am going to the gym for weight lifting this is how carbs do in your body. you feel dizzy , lazy , tensed
