@@rym1957 We never saw him meeting Agnes , but in the Sic Mundus group photo Bartozs is seen alonside both his adult children, so we know he meets them at some point. We can also assume he heard about an Agnes in the Nielsen family since he grew up with them.

These scenes were some of the best parts of this third season. When you realize that Bartosz is almost everyone's father, grandfather and great-grandfather it gives you goosebumps.
This is one of those incredible scenes that you can't forget.

Jenaro Bentancur bartosz is only Agnes and Noah’s father. That makes him Tronte’s grandfather , Ulrich’s Great grandfather and Magnus, Martha and Mikkel great great grandfather ( which in fact makes him Jonas great great great grandfather) on Agnes side.
He is Elizabeth’s grandfather and great great grandfather at the same time and Charlotte’s great grandfather on Hanno ( Noah’s side). I just gave myself a headache. Lol

Yeah, in the season 2, I though that Bartozs was in fact Adam, trying to convince Jonas that was him. I even consider this to be true when in Season 3 Bartozs show the future Adam room to martha and Martha tells barthoz that Adam was Jonas... So I imagine that this was how Bartosz (adam in my mind) knew how to lie to Jonas..
But I am happy that was not the case... it would have been too complex, more than what already was.

Bartosz didn’t know about Noah ( he only met him in his adult years and called him “Hanno”) but he was probably able to piece things together after Agnes was born while also realizing how he’ll meet his end. Sad that adult Noah had to bring his own father into this.

Eve tells Hannah that Jonas is in 1900s so she used the apparatus to travel herself and little silija to the year 1910 to meet Jonas who has now became Adam. Jonas kills Hannah and sends silija to the future where she gets raised by Elizabeth. She grows up, Joins Adam, steals Martha's clothes, travels to 1880s where she meet Barthosz, gives birth to Noah and Agnes,Dies due to childbirth. This was happened before Hannah shows up.

the one thing that confused me is that if agnes and noah were the children of silja and bartosz, who are both tiedemanns, then where did the tauber and nielsen surnames come from? agnes seems to be the first in a line of a fuck ton of nielsens, and noah gets his real surname from seemingly nowhere. although ig agnes' surname maybe comes from marrying martha's son, but then wouldnt she be a kahnwald?
I think because Silja was raised by Hannah(who know is named Katharina Nielsen), Silja sees herself as a Nielsen. Bartosz and Adam probably told Agnes that her mother was a Nielsen so she named herself Agnes Nielsen. The name Tauber is probably Erna's surname, Noah's and Agnes' adoptive mother.

The reason agnes became agnes nielsen is because she married the loop (jonas and martha son). Martha is martha nielsen, and jonas didn't acknowledge his son, so the loop has Nielsen as its surname, then he and agnes had Tronte Nielsen, and the cycle repeats
