    Your Honor I request a motion to dismiss.
    My client did not need to watch the UA-cam video in order to correctly answer the questions being asked of him. If Mr. Stone would ask my client, " What shirt was I wearing in the video in question?" my client would not be able to answer because my client was not "watching" the video as Mr. Stone is suggesting. My client was listening to the video while making lunch...you know, multitasking. Mr. Stone would have my client fined for telling the truth?
