    Very much applicable in outr jurisdiction even though we only try to impress a lone judge and needing to make the latter understand our story..

      Yes in those jurisdictions the judge and the jury are one in the same.
      The same principles apply, namely, one fact per leading question. Your story should have an end goal. I always start from the end goal and work backwards.
