Newcastle pub Nicholsons, Victoria Comet use Public trash bins to throw out Pub refuse abuse OAP

Newcastle upon Tyne Pub Nicholsons, The Victoria Comet opposite the Newcastle Central Rail building are using public trash bins to dispose of their rubbish and abuse a pensioner for sitting on their street chairs which take up half of the pavement for daring to drink a cup of tomato soup from Greggs after a dizzy spell.

Your wrong. Public domain is not his business, its public easment. They own chairs, they can revoke the chairs at any time and put them back in their own property. Cant of people temporarily compressing the chairs slightly and returning them to the identical state they were in can we. Disgraceful
