I think you're so right! One thing I wanted to add was that it's okay to not be motivated all the time. It's completely normal to have those periods of time where you sort of lose sight of everything. The important thing is that you don't let yourself stay there! Reminding yourself what you're doing everything for and getting back on track is important. Like you said, it's a marathon, not a sprint.
I think it's so important to differentiate between mini goals and the outcome. I agree that often times we are fixated on the outcome, and so, we forget to give ourselves credit for the work we've put in to accomplish our mini goal. I think this mindset is more sustainable and motivating! Thanks for sharing this with us! :)
I agree! This is something that I sometimes have trouble with as I am always focused on results. However, after explicitly writing down my mini goals and outcomes, I've been able to better differentiate between the two.

I completely agree with you! Knowing when to take breaks and not overworking yourself is key to not burning out in the long run.
