I know it sounds weird but, whenever I feel bad, besides many other calming and healing routines, I force myself to send air-kisses to all the things next to me, that seem to depress, put pressure on me but also all the little things that seem to have a lack of my love and attention. In that way I can on one hand lower my fear , for example of overwhelming recent projects, exams, etc and on the other hand, my frequency rises and I suddenly get back in the moment, while sending my plants, little flown in bugs, pets,etc.. my love in form of an air kiss ! Just give it a try, it's ridiculous how well it works! :))

I needed this. Yesterday my class mates bullied me (nothing new there) but when I got home i broke down. I am 16 and have been suffering from severe depression and anxiety for a very long time. I cried I became suicidal. I don't have friends due to my social anxiety. Knowing that other people have over came it is amazing. You are truly an inspiration.

I love your channel and your energy. As an hypersensitive and highly empath I really have to watch out for this frequency stuff. Since month I can’t watch television or some tv shows like game of thrones and others. I also love crystals, spending time in nature, watching inspirational videos like yours on UA-cam. Also painting gives me good vibes. I can sense people’s frequency and some people really lower my own vibration. So I try to set boundaries and give them love instead on a soul level. Hey Sarah, although its not a nice fact you didnt felt that good in january this really gives me a positive sign. For me the january was also a very though and depressing time (at least Im in my major year and I couldnt appear at school anymore) and I kept spending trying everything to improve my situation. Sometimes I feel like there are some kind of cosmic waves which contain also different frequencies and they affect us more or less. It can be even more depressing when you feel like youre the only one getting affected that much because the most people here online and in reality manage it to keep the illusion of carelessness. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, (In the last months your videos helped me A LOT through that time!) you are just always appearing so truthful and loveable, sharing smart tips in a wonderful way. Seeing that, although youre in such a benefical mindset you still have to deal with some lower frequencies gives me a positive sign that its just natural - everybody has to deal with those ups and downs. Hi Sarah! I'm so happy that you are feelling better now.. Sometimes, out of nowhere and even if we eat healthy or/and sleep well enough, anxiety knocks our door. We need to stay strong and fight it back, that's why we try to establish in our everyday lifes some nice antistress habits. They are our "weapons" for the difficult times. My advice for you would be to practice to put your thoughts into little boxes in you mind, one by one, and never let them flow around like crazy (I myself sometimes have 10 thoughts/minute and it's so tiring). I am sending you positive energy and much love!
This is so true. I have heard a lot about positive energy and being positive and it's impact on life but I always used to go back to being grumpy after I feel like its not working. It's only been some time since I have sincerely and religiously started practicing these habits and I have seen that it creates a whole new world. I needed this. I became a mom in April. I’ve been so stressed, my diet has gone to crap, I don’t get to socialize or get out much, and my body feels damaged and out of whack. I’ve gotta figure out some way to get back in track. It’s just hard when you’re a mom and you work too.
Dear Sarah this came at the best time! One of my close friends is feeling very down since a long period of time (like, many years). I will send this person your video :) and I am definitely one to do negative self talk, but these days, it’s followed by “would I say that to someone else? No, so be kind to yourself” and that’s already a huge step for me. Thank you for this advice! I’ve been struggling with my vibration, my spiritual health, and my relationship with my religion and the Lord and Lady all year, but I’m getting so much better, and this video reminded me of that and of things I can improve on that I wasn’t yet aware of. Though unfortunately, I live in a city, which means my vibrations are constantly low from all the noise and other people’s emotions and vibrations and all the weird smells and chemicals and the fear I feel each night (I live in a rather rough neighbourhood), so it’s very hard to keep my vibrations up. As soon as I’m able, I will emigrate to the Welsh countryside and start a farm. Anyway, the city is such a damper on my mood each day...even my cat is depressed and stressed from it (which kinda sucks because she’s my fourth friend; other than that I have my mother, my brother, and a classmate as friends). I’m hoping my situation improves soon, and I’ve been setting that intention, but it’s still so hard to keep going sometimes.

Love you. February is my favorite month because my birthday is the 15th and I'm named after the goddess Bridgid or the triple goddess and her day is February 1. I just charged my crystals with the super blood moon that was on the 31 so this video was perfect timing for me. I am a moon child so anytime there is a full moon or a special event involving the moon, I put my crystals in my window to soak up all the energy (after I clear them with sage). I don't get to do this much but it is my favorite way to clean and clear my crystals energy and that is to use salt water collected on a full moon night. I used to live closer to a beach so it was easier but once I move out I plan on doing it more. Also when I move out I'm planning on putting a salt lamp in every room.

I also suffer from high anxiety and moderate depression. This was a nice and helpful video - I hope you continue to do more videos like this, maybe even a series. I currently take omega 3 fish oil pills and also a multivitamin with high B and magnesium amounts. Magnesium is supposed to help support the nervous system and keep calm in the body. That combined with healthy eating like you mentioned and some exercise seems to be working for me. I still get anxious as I have to deal with some nasty coworkers but I realize I can only control how I react and not how others act...plus negative and nasty people only add to their bad karma.
I just love all of your videos. I wish you could do more videos, you are so sweet and very relaxing to listen too. I have been trying to change my eating and wellness habits and followed some of your recommendations in my everyday life! I love your relaxation and anxiety videos as well as you recipe videos, I agree with some of the others I would love if you did an exercise/yoga routine video. Hi Sarah! I'm so happy that you are feelling better now.. Sometimes, out of nowhere and even if we eat healthy or/and sleep well enough, anxiety knocks our door. We need to stay strong and fight it back, that's why we try to establish in our everyday lifes some nice antistress habits. They are our "weapons" for the difficult times. My advice for you would be to practice to put your thoughts into little boxes in you mind, one by one, and never let them flow around like crazy (I myself sometimes have 10 thoughts/minute and it's so tiring). I am sending you positive energy and much love!

This is so true. I have heard a lot about positive energy and being positive and it's impact on life but I always used to go back to being grumpy after I feel like its not working. It's only been some time since I have sincerely and religiously started practicing these habits and I have seen that it creates a whole new world. Dear Sarah this came at the best time! One of my close friends is feeling very down since a long period of time (like, many years). I will send this person your video :) and I am definitely one to do negative self talk, but these days, it’s followed by “would I say that to someone else? No, so be kind to yourself” and that’s already a huge step for me. when you said that "find someone who can make you laugh" , im not trying to show off or something but iam naturally born with very positive not mind but its more likely " a vibe" so my friends always complement this energy in me and how i can laugh and say funny stuff while crying or in a sad mood , they told me alot that iam the reason for there inspiring and happiness and i thought it was just complements even though it made me happy to hear that ... until oneday my friend couldn't find her phone she told me to do a call to find the found and i found were it is and she named me in her contacts "happiness" ... i realized after a huge energy of happinese that i was too harsh on myself so thank you for inspiring me to work harder im changing everyday only one bad habbit i have naturally , iam doint meditation , i want to enter veganism even if its going to take time I'll do it ! and you can do it too 😄😉

Thank you for this advice! I’ve been struggling with my vibration, my spiritual health, and my relationship with my religion and the Lord and Lady all year, but I’m getting so much better, and this video reminded me of that and of things I can improve on that I wasn’t yet aware of. Though unfortunately, I live in a city, which means my vibrations are constantly low from all the noise and other people’s emotions and vibrations and all the weird smells and chemicals and the fear I feel each night (I live in a rather rough neighbourhood), so it’s very hard to keep my vibrations up. As soon as I’m able, I will emigrate to the Welsh countryside and start a farm. Anyway, the city is such a damper on my mood each day...even my cat is depressed and stressed from it (which kinda sucks because she’s my fourth friend; other than that I have my mother, my brother, and a classmate as friends). I’m hoping my situation improves soon, and I’ve been setting that intention, but it’s still so hard to keep going sometimes.

Just started watching your videos and I must say that I really love your content! I'm someone who is into self-development and doing it in a natural way. Your videos also have informed me on things I've never known about and I'm excited to start exploring them!
Love you. February is my favorite month because my birthday is the 15th and I'm named after the goddess Bridgid or the triple goddess and her day is February 1. I just charged my crystals with the super blood moon that was on the 31 so this video was perfect timing for me. I am a moon child so anytime there is a full moon or a special event involving the moon, I put my crystals in my window to soak up all the energy (after I clear them with sage). I don't get to do this much but it is my favorite way to clean and clear my crystals energy and that is to use salt water collected on a full moon night. I used to live closer to a beach so it was easier but once I move out I plan on doing it more. Also when I move out I'm planning on putting a salt lamp in every room.

I also suffer from high anxiety and moderate depression. This was a nice and helpful video - I hope you continue to do more videos like this, maybe even a series. I currently take omega 3 fish oil pills and also a multivitamin with high B and magnesium amounts. Magnesium is supposed to help support the nervous system and keep calm in the body. That combined with healthy eating like you mentioned and some exercise seems to be working for me. I still get anxious as I have to deal with some nasty coworkers but I realize I can only control how I react and not how others act...plus negative and nasty people only add to their bad karma.
