Shaquille O'neal was a MONSTER for the Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers, and Sheed tells you why he was covered in ice after every time they met.

Rasheed was fucking the lakers up in the west finals with Portland
And Detroit
They stopped going to him for some reason
That's when Donahue & the cheating refs were gifting the Lakers playoff wins. It got even worse in Sacramento

Those Pistons will always be the most special nba team to me.

Indeed. Rest Up, Uncle Cliff
Watching Rasheed playing ball was like being on a roller-coaster. Spectacular play and hitting spectacular shots could not be fully appreciated because you knew that there was a chance that he may not finish the game. You held your breath and waited for the tech or ejection. When the game was over and Rasheed made it to the conclusion, only then could you relax and exhale.
He saved Rasheed career with those gems 😂😂😂😂
Mr Wallace right here illustrates the very reason why certified nba vets are necessary on a team trying to make a championship run! Glad Cliff Robinson was a good teammate and shared great basketball strategy!
Rest in peace Clifford Robinson buffalos own...missed allways
Classy dude. It’s like the rose city died when him and Jerome kersey passed away. The city loved those two for the way they treated the city in Portland.

2004 Pistons is my favorite team ever. Rip, Sheed, Big Ben, Tayshan Prince and Chauncey Billups.
i think this is the first team that won without a legit superstar. Just an extremely well balanced team with very good players.
Took down Kobe and Shaq Lakers
The Lakers was staked that year too
They was killing those kickback 3s from the top key.
One of the best we'll rounded teams in my opinion, all them hustlers too
That was great advice from Cliff. Sheed's game was very similar to Cliff's. Both were 6'11" could take you off the dribble with a solid midrange jumper and could hit you with a 3.
He is going to be a coach in the near future
This one of the realist dudes to ever played. Saw him a few times here in Miami. Real street guy, but super respectful and for the people.
It was in 2002 when I first saw him play. I hated him and the Blazers ever since because the Heat were trying to make the playoffs and we had a good lead. But later on in the 4th quarter, they came back and won it. I hated him and the Blazers ever since. I was happy when the Lakers dominated them in the first round of the playoffs even though I hated the Lakers too lol.
@@younglove3362 you hated him because he was trying to entertain?
@@younglove3362 Sounds like you hated everybody lol
Dude is a racist.
Dude Rasheed Wallace was a straight dick to fans that collected autographs. I was a big fan of his at UNC and when I started getting autographs in the early 2000’s I wanted to get his autograph but he would never sign. I was there all by myself before and he wouldn’t even act like there was a person talking to him. I tried to just chat him up thinking maybe he just hates to sign autographs I get that, I been a fan a long time so I told him that I had been a fan a long time and mentioned some specific memories I had of him playing there and he just totally ignored me but was shaking his head so he heard me but was like don’t even talk to me. That’s my Rasheed Wallace memory. I wish I could tell you about when I met him and got his autograph and talked about him and Vince Carter and Stackhouse balling all over Duke but that’s not how it went down. Actually all 3 of those guys wouldn’t sign autographs really, they thought they could do it because Jordan did… nah man you ain’t even near that level. Stackhouse may have been a little better of a signer than Sheed and Vince idk, I believe I never got Stackhouse either but I think I only tried like once. But Carter and Sheed I never saw them sign, not once, for anyone, at the team hotel.
R.i.p Cliff Robinson 🙏🏻! P.s good thing Rasheed listen to him...

Sheed ball don't lie Wallace 1 of the toughest power forwards in the history of the game played both end of the floor and also a 🏆 champion
People still say that till this day on the court
When he said “I’m not gone be sitting like this everytime we play the lakers” had me rollin 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂🧊🧊🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Back when centers had a post up game and defenders could lean on em without getting called for fouls
Yea back when centers were simply known for being gigantic square blocks stuck under the rim all game, and now they bring the ball up the floor and move like shooting guards, and slash and cut, and drain 3’s, and are sharp shooters….
It’s almost like the game evolves or something …???
the nba didnt want that style of ball anymore its not as exciting to the casual fan.

Rasheed could have been the GOAT!! All time talent right there
It was a joy watching him play. So versatile, and he was a tough SOB.
When Rasheed came to Detroit it was all over for the rest of the NBA that season....what a perfectly built team.
And Detroit got him for absolutely nothing. Lmao
He completed the set. In my humble opinion he was their best player. Chauncey was at best their second or third best. But only because he played better defense than Rip.

My dawg was a monster on his own tho!!! Straight goon on the court! Score from everywhere! Loved watching Rashid Wallace when he played
He was a real hot head. The master of technical fouls. Loved his game
My man, Rasheed “6 Fouls Walking” Wallace😂
Ahead of his time- he had the complete offensive package, but was held back because bigs weren’t really allowed to play as much on the perimeter back then by coaches
And that's coming from one of the best defensive players to be in the game! Shaq really was unstoppable
Rasheed Wallace was a real one...3s from the left side corner and all
Shaq was an athletic freak. The guy was just unguardable. The way he just rolled through Motombo, one of the greatest defensive bigs of all time, in the 2001 finals.

Sheed recognized the late Cliff when he said his name
Rasheed was a fucking problem back then a player ahead of its time this man was awesome to watch
And shaq took as much as he dealt out too. Thats quite the grind for the big fella
Yep. That hack-a-Shaq hurt him every time. He hated it especially when they used three guys during one game against him. That's 18 fouls to give.
Got to love the candidness of a guy like Rasheed
Shout out Cliff Robinson....he use to get busy with the blazers...Rip to Cliff Robinson, Jerome Kersey and Kevin Duckworth. Blazer legends.
Purpose of having great Vets around.
Big guys like Rasheed are not used to give in an inch in the paint. Shaq was just built different.
Rasheed and Garnett are players that are ahead of their times. They dominate in their Era and thrive in this one. Oh, and so are Robert Horry and Dirk Nowitzki
Hard to play a sport a certain way for 20 years and have to admit you need to change. It was kind of the same way with Curry. Guards weren't used to getting into a guys airspace 28 feet away in fear of getting blown by. It's what makes the all time greats, all time greats
Rasheed was definitely a beast during his entire career.
Facts, his entire career
Bro was ahead of the times, damn near the blueprint for big men in the league now

Sheed keeps it 100. Was the same year in college as Rasheed, Jerry Stackhouse and Jeff McInnis as we were all freshmen starting in the Fall of 1993 to Spring 1994.
Marion Jones was also a freshmen (1993-94) point guard for UNC women and they won the NCAA Title that year. She blew by our entire women’s team on a fast break while dribbling. She was *fast fast* Fastest woman I’ve ever seen in person, both in basketball while dribbling and track & field.

There was nothing like listening to Method Man and rooting for Rasheed at North Carolina and for the Portland Trailblazers. I was always thoughtful Sheed was the Meth of the NBA. Especially when he was younger he always reminded me of a player who personified “Bring The Pain”. Method Man vs. Big Poppa was what the match up between Wallace and O’Neal was like. Both players defined an era of basketball and kept the extreme level of talent going during the 90’s and into 2000’s. Not sure if Rasheed made the Hall of Fame, but was the type of player to influence playing basketball at the park seemingly street basketball.
