Man, I was a student at NC State and he wrecked us hard. Carmichael was never as quiet as that day in 97 when he came in and rolled us. The only other time I remember someone killing us that badly as to shut us up was when FSU came in and Warrick Dunn decided that he was going to show the world that he was Warrick Dunn.

Tim Duncan has put on some of the most, if not the most, dominating performances at both ends of the court , that I have ever seen. He would put on clinics, and text book. He was really hard core , stayed in the zone for multiple games in a row. Literally , against anybody, if it looked like he was zoning, they threw him the ball. In the zone, he was money anywhere inside 17' , and also beyond. He was not a one or two trick pony, he had complete total , big man, game inside , not flashy but just straight dominance. Literally no nonsense , no games, just focus , hustle, execute. A coach's dream player from day 1.

Tim Duncan is, in my opinion, the best power forward ever to play the game-and in the top 5 players period. Elegant, surgical, remarkably consistent. True champion and authentic. With the exception of Garnett, Kobe and a few others, he was a stallion playing with show poines. I miss his game.
