Simple, clean and not so greasy! Thank you for the video! As a substitute for asian pear, should I use apple or regular green pear? Do not have the Korean pear here.

Try with any sweet apple or firm pear. Make sure to peel the fruit. Hope you like this recipe. It's really delicious Korean beef stew.
