I remember finding my main. Back in Season 4 I discovered that I don't really like playing the game, just making it miserable for others, and thats how I became a Shaco main.
I was always trying so hard to find a main that I could play forever, but it didn't work because I always got bored by the same playstyle, until I discovered Ap Shaco, I can play any role with him and that is what that makes me so happy to play him. I can be a support, assassin and mage all at the same time.
this video should be a mandatory watch for ranked solo q players, too many of em just lock in random champs they have no experience on and then act surprised when they get run down by someone who does actually know how to play their champion

I mean to be fair I locked in a rammus pick last night for the first time in a year or so. But I was last pick and they were all ad. Didn't play a stellar game, but we did win so worked out I guess but typically I stick to around 3 champions depending on the team comp. But some people definately will just lock in seemingly at random, and have been seeing a lot of flavor of the month picks for kindred recently with her new build

There's a personality test out there that gives 20 questions about how you like to play the game. It gives 5 champs per position. After taking it a few times I've found the same champs appear over and over again. There are some pretty obvious questions about certain champ classes that whittle down things quickly, but there are some options that you certainly don't wanna play like Annie who gets outranged by a ton of mages.

Lol this video fully summed me up in an instant. Love playing Senna but in low elo just so hard but i love marksman and tried Graves but wasn't it and then there was Kindred.
I tend to lean into Bruisers and Juggernauts as my preferred class, and I tend to rotate between Top or JG as my main role. Right now I have been spending a lot of time in JG and playing Volibear, Xin Zhao, Lillia, and Zac. I tend to rotate between these 4 and pick whichever fits the situation best based on champ select. If I had to pick a main it would probably be Volibear, he just has everything I love in a champ.
I aslo love volibear but i feel like he is only good in bruisers and tanks
My issue is finding characters id play. I love playing all sorts of characters like in support with karma, soraka, nautilus, and rakan. As mid i play veigar, and as top i play jayce. Jungle is wukong. I have general things i like i characters but more like characters based off of how they feel to play.
I played a ton of arams to get a feel of the champions. Already knew that i generally like to play mages and support classes in video games. From there i realized Karma was the perfect in between for me. Lux is a close second and after that its gotta be Sona, Ahri, Ori, Milio and Zyra.
I main supp and dont have a main champion but play all supp chmapions and have them on lvl 7 ,my picks depend on my teams and enemy teams champions so I adapt and decide whats best , I understand my role and I got to diamond playing solo
Thats me too but, in my case I main adc and support with mid 3rd and, I have 19 m7s and, the problem I have with climbing is top or jg not wanting to play tank.
@@aaronmcconkey1062 tank is not the problem ,in my case people just refuse to play the game and just start griefing for no reason also ego on those players is so high but they are all so clueless and in reality dogshit...
If you enjoy trying lots of new champs frequently, go for it. Just don’t blame your teammates if you go 0 and 10 in ranked.

The most important question to ask yourself is how much time I want to invest in the champion. You can find some sites that let you know which champs are considered "easy." Start with one of those champs first to get your feet wet.

Guess I'm that rare one. I play support Jungle. In support I play Thresh, Velkoz, Yuumi, Braum. Jungle I play Khazix, Shaco, Diana, Zac. RIP me lol

This guide is pretty good for trying to figure out what you want in a character. To find a character with traits that you like, you play around and see! Free to play characters rotate once in a while so you don't have to waste BE on a character you might not like. ARAM throws a random free to play character at you to play with so a ton of people go to ARAM to test them out. If you go to the store, you can sort characters by types (tank or marksman, no roles excwpt suppkrt for some reason) and you can get an idea of who yoh might wanna try through that if you know what your playstyle is
What do you consider Xin Assassin or brusiers. He is good at 1v1, so splitting is an option, rather making a picks on the side lane, and he has smite, so you can't split with smite on. If he doesn't deal with dmg, he is useless. What items give more dmg than the assassin items? So is he Brusier or assassin? PICK ONE 😂
He needs HP Dmg AS and Life Steal and MS. The question is what doesn't he need. Riot games need to rework him ASAP if they want him brusier Buff his passive healing or make his W animation scale out AS or his R stays the more aa he hits for X amount seconds instead of flat 4 sec which is nothing or make his E blink instead of a dash since this is the only dash he has and he can make outplayes. If they really call him a duelist although i high doubt that he is a duelist. they can nerf any other things to compensate with the buffs since he has 49% WR even tho Only high elo make him work and not everygame because he is a situational pick. There is no otp xin that players Xin constantly in Masters+ check his match history you will know what I mean.

Don't do that. Instead learn how to play your champ against the more difficult matchups. Don't counterpick. That's probably the least fun way to play a game in my opinion.
I am gp main and even know I dont know what class is he, He isnt marksman because he is baseing on his abilities and dont have stable dps in teamfight, he is to sqiushy to be brusier and juggernaut and to un mobile to be assasin and after all of that there is no right class for him

Personally, while I am nowhere near as good on Yuumi as I am on tanks, she is by far my favorite champion, and I'd call her my main. Not because it's easy to win on her, I have higher winrates on other champions, but because of how often players on the enemy team get frustrated at me. I love knowing I am making their playing experience miserable. Not rarely, some of them will throw casual insults at me on /all, which will give me yet another satisfaction, which is to report them and receive the notification of issued punishment a few hours later. I've been considering playing Zilean lately, for the same frustration-inducing factor.
