      That's not going to help your memory.
      Too much BB in a nevgobis is not good too.
      Unfortunately BB also makes your toilet black - which you might need to stop to be sure that the colour is because of BB and not an issue with something else.

    Blueberry smoothie every morning g ! Add silk vanilla no sugar , - small container Chobani no sugar added mixed berries with a scoop of dr berg’s raspberry lemonade electrolyte powder freaking delicious 🤤

    Salal berries have an even higher antioxidant profile than blueberries and in the PNW they are free to forage and are all over the place. Most locals are not clued in on it.
