i have the 16 gauge and it starts to wind the motor then flashes dead battery with any battery.

Is it jammed ? They have a tendency to start jamming as plastic parts start to ware from metal erosion due to friction.

These tools like the old model before them work on friction between the flywheel and driver when the driver gets shiny no more friction and starts driving nails only half way in there a disposable part
