(I have a second family in Tel-Aviv) It's truly amazing. I know that thier are some deferences in our beliefs but we both love the G-d of Israel.
Look into the nohaide laws. You may find it interesting how the need for non Jews to fulfill laws is far less than for Jews. Also look into the key differences between Christian afterlife and Jewish after (&before) life. Jews for example don't believe in enternal hell but instead hell to punish you according to your sins the same way a prison doesn't give you life sentence for stealing an apple but has you repay the apple. An eye for an eye in the afterlife basically. After the sinful part of your soul is burned away the rest of you goes to the afterlife. This is essential to Judaism because the mechanism of social pressure and guilt tripping and hell fear scaring don't exist because of this. This is key
There is a scholar named Ruth Rodriguez Sotomayor who among other scholars say that the knowledge of the pre-flood world survived in some parts of South and Central America all this drawn from archeology that shows a post-flood world and a Pre-Flood world.
