Big fan of Geoff Johns. Big fan of Ghost Machine. In my Opinion this should already be the biggest thing in the industry now. All the talent is over there. Thank you Geoff for all the great comicbooks about great charakters for so many years. I got your back for sure! Thank you Omniverse CG for sharing!
@@ZabeshoComics Hey, cheers for dropping a comment, Zabe! We’re really looking forward to more Ghost Machine, and I’m already working up the reading order (Geoff’s timelines really help!) - Dave
Tks a bunch for this amazing and beautiful interview with one of the best comic book writers of all time. I really appreciated it. God bless you all. Happy New Year folks!
Loved Geoff Johns work since he start d writing The Flash way back when. He had such a great take on Wally and the Rogues. Sadly I haven’t read much of his stuff post new 52 but thanks to Erik & Dave I’m very keen to check out Geoff’s work from that era. It gave me such a wonderful feeling hearing Geoff talk about Superman. I’m desperate to pick up his & Gary Frank’s Superman work!
@@bc_scrubs His run on the New 52 Justice League is fantastic. It builds to an insane crescendo! But also make sure you check out the Ghost Machine books. Watching him, Gary Frank, Bryan Hitch & the others forge a new universe has so much promise, and it’s one helluvva ride! - Dave
Fantastic interview, well done Erik. Geoff Johns does so much amazing work & it was wonderful to hear his love and passion for the characters he's worked on and the (rightful) reverance he places on Superman: The Movie, Donner & Reeve. I really hope you guys get to do a part two but thank you for this it was amazing!
Geoff Johns is one of my all-time favorite comic book writers. I'm extremely glad to see he's so down-to-earth, humble and deliberate in regard to his work. His primary strength is infusing humanity and relatability into every single character he writes, whether they're good, evil or "popular". I really love his work on JSA and want to read everything else he's written. Congratulations on your chance to interview him.
@@SpiderGuy325 Hey, thanks so much for watching, SpiderGuy! If you haven’t tried out his writing on the Ghost Machine titles, I highly doubt you’ll be disappointed! He brings that humanity and reliability with him and it’s both familiar and refreshing to see his approach to building these new worlds! Redcoat’s been a firm favourite, so far! - Dave
@@omniversecomicsguide You're welcome, man. I'll certainly check those comics out, especially since I've already been very interested in Ghost Machine since its announcement.

@ Fantastic! Well, I’m working up a reading order, but it’s just on hold while I prep for our “Best of 2025” two-parter! Shouldn’t be long!
@@omniversecomicsguide I'm looking forward to it and grateful as well. I really want to dive deeper into comic books going into 2025.
Great interview!!
