I just got one yesterday the limited 2022 when my favorite things is the curve control high level up in the mountains and it will literally drive the car and take all the turns for you I have to say I am obsessed with this vehicle I also like that there's an app that forward downloads for you when you buy your vehicle that from inside of a store inside of your house you can unlock your car and start it so that the air conditioning or the heat turns on and the defrost which is perfect for snowy mornings when I'm getting my kids up for school and I want the car nice and toasty
You will be when you go to trade it in. I just bought a 22 Limited for $55600 nicely equipped with the technology package. I have always owned Toyotas, Hondas, and Chevrolets, had some used Fords but this is my first new one. I love love love the vehicle but about passed out when I checked KBB and Edmounds for a trade in value out of curiosity. $39000 to $41000 in mint condition with 500 miles???? Thats a 25 to 26% depreciation in 30 days since my purchase. This will be my last Ford to say the least.
@@jamiegould689 Don't feel sorry for the way I feel, feel sorry for the low Ford trade in values. Look it up yourself I'm not making these numbers up. I am beside myself that I was dumb enough to buy a Ford Explorer with the above average depreciation. If you were offered what you paid on a trade, which makes no sense, jump on that deal but get another Toyota. I'm done with Ford after one month of proud ownership, you might as well flush your money down the toilet.
I have been in your shoes. It’s sucks but that’s how it goes. I won’t be getting another Toyota but that’s just a choice. Do what you gotta do, your gonna anyway. We have options in vehicles that’s why we auto so many auto makers. Some with more some worth less. I have never personally had problems with ford or depreciation. I buy brand new every 12 months(not lease). So be done with them and move on. I was being kind when I said I was sorry for how you feel. I hate anyone being upset over issues like this. Take it as you will. By the way… I ended up getting $100 less than my purchase price today! Not sure why or how and frankly don’t care. I drove mine 6 months and had 4000 miles on it.
