i started my workout on may with the level one and am only 15 and now with pratice i make this level 3 every day... it help me to forget about problems and to not get into drugs... big thank to you for giving this to us free (y) your the best

I agree with everyone who says " level 3 should have weights " but these series of chest workouts are produced to do at home. if I remember correctly, it said it was a home version at the start of the series
I was doing similar workout, but only feet on bench pushups about 30-40 a day, after 3-4 weeks result is pretty good, gonna try these workouts now
well, i managed to finish this :) i am 17 years old but i have to say that i have been doing pull-ups, squats, push-ups since i was 15 :), its hard but u gotta keep doing it ^^
this exercise is a killer and you'll get results been consistent at it.
This workout is tough but it's awesome.... It really helps. I'm tired but i love it
much better this layout. now I know wich exercise come next and I don't have to hurry

Actually i think you need to do it 1/2 days, cuz your muscles need a time to recover, but it`s good that you want more! Respect man
I gained 5 pounds of muscle from this and the abs workout. But I also play sports and I'm growing which may have something to do with it. Anyway this helps me keep up my athleticism.

your right this one has a lot of knee pushs and level 2 has all real push ups, for my chest day I do level 2 and close grip benching right after

I'm 31, I've been doing this for quite some time + 3x15 Tyson push-ups and it's really effective

Chest Level 2 is still kicking my ass.
Like each exercise i do it 2 times, and 15 to 20 reps, and the first rep i do it to failure.. it really works.. oh and don't do it on the knees, on your toes is harder..

Alex Pirosmanishvili do it exactly at the same speed as the robot says, I sometimes do 500 pushups with higher speed (correctly) and then the other day I do this workout exactly the same as the animation and I honestly can't tell which workout gets me more exhausted. In this workout you're not doing more than 200 pushups but you do them very effectively. These ~200 "one..two" pushups are more effective than those 500 fast pushups.

I do this 3 times a day, from monday to friday. This and sometimes insane one. Looking forward to see the results.

John Unidentified Unless you're on steroids, working on the same muscle groups everyday is the worst way to work out. Not only will you not see much progress, you might even end up hurting yourself.
The best way is to do it every other day.

@SuperbPLala it is no shame, it takes months of training when you can see actual progress. As long as you feel the burn of your muscles you have done a proper work-out. Your body has it limits too and by training you can push those limits.
This is more like 1.5. I find Level 2 way harder. ( I just can't do the hands on bench.)

Well,it actually depends on the muscles you have..If you have stronger chest than arms, it's easier than lvl 2 which focuses on more reps than the exercise itself..

the people who say its easy must be going to the gym daily and they would say that its like level 1. well, I what I would say " remember the time you were out of shape? it was hard for you to do at least 10 push ups. all you are doing is discouraging the people by saying you r weak and you r out of shape. just cuz u got out of your bad shape doesn't mean that you can make fun of others

of course it does:) you have to do it at least 3 times a week and try not to cheat recovery, but trust me. If you do it right and often you will have results;)

The best system is to do this 3 or 4 times a week, but also you can work on abs, biceps, shoulders, there are a lot of muscles that are waiting for attention :D

Im training my abs at gym , but I watch those videos to train my abs home too , because I want a perfect body , and I'm ridin' bmx which helps alot , so I suggest you to ride , go to gym and train home and u will have an perfect body.

you can use crates or cans of pain as long as they the same
without extra weight I could do it easily as well, but I do it with 15 kg extra weight and believe me. It's a real killer.
Well, i do abs and biceps 3 times per week, triceps 2 times, shoulders 3 times .. so i don't really have extra time and energy to do more than 3 times per week .. and i read that a muscle recover in 48 hours so ..
I do this without any knee push, just standing on feet and trying to do the numbers it says, but it's quite exhausting!!
I do it with on my toes...each exercise 15 rep and 2 set.. try it, guarantee you will get a massive chest :)

Either your chest is used to it or you may have to rub your chest to feel the pain, however your arms hurt because these exercises do stress triceps + shoulders alot.
I've been doing level 3 chest workout all summer , and I manage very well...where do I move on from here? Is there a level 4?
