I drive by Fairview everyday on my way to work and wonder if John can see what is going on. I just want peace for all involved. I drove by the courthouse the other day and there were a ton of Karen supporters. I come from a law enforcement family. My stepdad died from a line of duty injury and I firmly believe Karen is innocent, as do other members of my family. Thank you for your great breakdown everyday!

And the fact that this charge was upgraded instead of dismissed as an accident….Obviously the defense isn’t taking the stance that this is an accident as their reasonable doubt. With all the fuckery around these people involved….it wasn’t an accident. And Karen didn’t murder John. This is insulting.

Christine, I've had the same thought as you about John. I know it sounds "woowoo" but since my Father passed away last year I've listened to NDEs and they always say that your soul makes the decision how and why to leave. I believe John made the choice to go, knowing everything that would transpire thereafter here on Earth. This is part of his legacy, and exposes this dark underbelly of LE up to governing powers, which I hope will help us to get better.

Well she certainly has the right to do whatever she wants. But defense attorneys always tell you not to react to anything so she should probably not react at all. But she makes a lot of smiles and smirks and eye rolls and duck lip type smiles with the arched eyebrows to show she doesn’t like things that are said. Even when it was Mr. O’Keefe’s family up there. So it could come off to the jury that she shows everything (emotion wise) except grief and sadness for Mr. O’Keefe. IMO she should show both or neither, because she comes off as not caring about the death and only about catching witnesses’ mistakes. And she should want to appear sympathetic or at least likeable. To the jury, not the public.

Anything that points away from her being guilty - like the pizza snowplough guy who changed his story multiple times and even as he was speaking today - is seized on by the cult as gospel truth. The mass hysteria over this case is much like the OJ case. The shared delusion is ensuring the cult only sees what you want to see. There is NO WAY a taillight put that many lacerations up and down his whole arm like that, imo. What makes sense to me is he got in a fight, which makes dogs go nuts and get aggressive (hence, the bites/scratches on his arm), and John got hit on the head with something or fell during fight and hit his head. The fight stops, he's super drunk and doesn't realize how hurt he is. He gets off the floor, picks up his drink and wanders outside and finally collapses. I guess it's just a coincidence that they immediately get rid of their dog and sell the house THAT WAS NEVER INVESTIGATED.

Colorblindness isn't a visual issue as you indicated. I am very colorblind and have 20/10 and 20/20 vision. Different shades of colors are hard to distinguish from each other but due to this... shapes, contrasting shades/colors, movement and texture are things we see very well. So, glancing over a smooth lawn area, we would notice things that stand out irrespective of color. So the fact it was night time means it would hage been MORE obvious if there was a body in the yard, not harder to see. And in his case it would have stood out as a rock he would need to make sure he missed, or an animal he would need to avoid.
Regardless of what color the vehicle officially is, saying a "light color" doesn't mean he/we don't see the vehicle well, we just dont know what color YOU would call it. Hence we don't know what to call it, aka, we "don't know what color it is."
An example... purple looks like a blue because i/we cant see the red in it (different variations and intensities of colorbliness if course). Doesn't mean i cant see purple, just means i dont know if it's blue or purple. I'd just guess or use something else that is known to compare it to. But if someone asked me, i wouldn't KNOW what color it is
I had to memorize what color things were growing up since i thought i was the only person who couldn't learn colors. I have multiple college degrees and colorblindness is not related to metal acuity in any way
    Just had to clarify that.

Back in 1989, July, I was hit by a car from behind while I was on a bicycle. I was throwing some 200 feet. I had a wrenched lower spine, several cracked ribs, internal injuries, head injuries, two dislocated shoulders, And various other small injuries. According to the doctors, bruises and contusions were quite visible everywhere below the neck! And that was being hit by a high speed, moving muscle car or a truck at high speed from behind. Make note, I was thrown some 200 feet! That accident resulted in my blindness, among other things I had to put up with. So, for the ME not to answer the question, and the current states witness not to answer the question correctly, leads me to think that this trial is a farce! 9:01

That’s why he only extracted their messages to “prove” they had issues. I think he came up with the plan after whatever happened in the basement. That was their out. They needed to frame it to look like she hated John. Then once Jen heard her say she might have hit him that solidated their plan even more.

I think thats when Chloe attacked john. After everyone left the Alberts house, John was dragged or carried to the front yard, losing one shoe along the way.
Johns bruised hands are defensive wounds.
I think the Alberts daughter took Chloe with her when she left the house. That would explain why Jenn McCabe had no idea where Chloe was at when she burst into Nicole (her sister) and Brians bedroom. The Alberts testified that Chloe slept in their bedroom with them.
