  • In this video I show you step-by-step how to lubricate your Goplus Superfit Treadmill / Walking Pad. The manual says you should lubricate the treadmill:
    - Every 6 months for 1 hour of use or less per week
    - Every 3 months for less than 3 hours a week
    - Every 2 months for 3-6 hours of use per week
    - Every month for more than 6 hours per week
    Do not lubricate too much. It's not the more lubricant the better. I was feeling unsure about how much to use but figured any amount is better than not lubricating it for an entire year like I did.
    This ended up being easier than I anticipated. You got this!

    Thank you for sharing! The instruction book reads like it was run through Google Translate's beta version and makes no sense. Came looking to see how to adjust the belt and this is perfect.

      Yay glad to hear! I was also struggling and didn't love any of the youtube videos I found so wanted to make one to help others (and maybe remind myself :)

    Well, I followed these instructions and now the power button is messed up! It will not push up or down to power on or off.

    👋 so I just got one of these last night I love it it's so compact, but now that I'm trying to use it I'm noticing that it has this "slipping feel to it.."But now do you know anything about an E05 error code? It's starting to turn off and beep at me. And give me this code and I'm wondering if I should lubricate it.. and if so what kind of oil should I use?

      Mine jumped a little bit when I first started using it but for the most part once you get it going it shouldn't! When I did my run attempted it definitely jumped but I don't really run so not sure if that would continue or just because it was the first time at a higher speed. I'm pretty sure the E05 error code is when the red clip isn't perfectly on the space it's supposed to be attached to. Try that. As for lube, try and put your finger under the belt (when it's unplugged) and if it's oily you don't need any lube. If it's dry, then try lubing it. There should have been 2 bottles that came with your instructions / manual!

    You should include don't over tighten and speak in the beginning to switch off/unplug . Thankfully, I was able to order another switch and install. Its working fine now

      Glad you got it working again! What ended up happening? It was over tightened and it messed up the power button?
      Yes agreed I should have totally mentioned to unplug it.

    What's the red cord for? I have one and the manual doesn't say, I just leave it on the treadmill

    • @girl-gone
      @girl-gone  Місяць тому +1

      When the bar is up for a faster speed you're *supposed* to clip the red thing to you so then if you fall off your lose your step it shuts the treadmill off. You have to leave it on because the treadmill won't start unless it's exactly over that magnetic spot! If it starts throwing an error code it's most likely that your clip isn't on perfectly.

      @@girl-goneI just had to lubricate mine today! When I watched this video, I just wanted to be on the up and up with how to do it so this was perfect. My speed started to decline without the speed meter going down then I thought oh yes, the treadmill lubricating video! I came back to this video and thankfully my treadmill belt was somewhat loose already. No more slowing down! Thanks again! I’ll have to get more lubrication though for the future because Deer Run only sent a little bit. Have a great weekend!
