What a godsend you are!! Spent a day farting around with AirDroid, what a waste of time. I'm sure it's good but all I wanted was to transfer fotos to PC....THANKYOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

Apparently when I connect my Samsung A3 to the computer, its for charging the phone only. The computer cannot access the phone at all.

Yup. This same issue! So I went to the phone, and it was asking me to "allow" access from the computer. When I did that, I was able to see all the files!!!!
