  • In this video, I show you how to quickly transform outdated furniture. Sometimes pieces are in great shape cosmetically but visually are a bit worn out. That was the case with this set so I changed up the color and ended up with a brand new set of furniture!

    Is your furniture still selling well? I was selling 3k-4k per month and the last 2 months I have sold $1250.. I have no idea why this is happening...

  • @eddieadams4770
    @eddieadams4770 Місяць тому

    Yup, a basic flip. Brown to white. 90% of the market. What you're still not disclosing. The time and effort you spent finding the furniture, getting there, inspecting it, and getting it home. The cost of your retail store. Without that retail store, you don't get $700, you get $400. Only bottom feeders will go to a person's house to try and save a couple hundred dollars. But with a retail store, you're paying monthly rent, insurance, utilities and a person to sit there every day all day long during store hours. That alone is probably 5k a month, so the first 5k you make every month just goes to paying for the retail store.

    • @eddieadams4770
      @eddieadams4770 Місяць тому

      @@adobeblue4360 Again, what's the retail store cost? What does the person sitting in the retail store all day cost? Until that's fully disclosed there's a word for how much she says she' making--the word is "lie".

    • @adobeblue4360
      @adobeblue4360 Місяць тому

      I think she is very candid about how much pieces are purchased for, how much they sell for, and what materials costs she has. I don't think Rooms to Go discloses how much it costs to make their furniture and what their profit is. It seems like this UA-cam channel bothers you for some reason so I suggest you find another channel you enjoy more. And please don't ruin this channel for everyone else.
