What is it with hair in milk? Doja Cat was given a glass of milk to taste in her Expensive Taste video, and she said it had a pube in it. A hair would be more visible in milk than in a clear liquid. Maybe that's the reason they are seeing it. Hair is flying around everywhere, like dust.
I'm a Dublin and I have noting against the woman she seems lively but her accent sounds a bit put on. Like I even do that myself sometimes when I meet an American or an English person.

@@BowlerTheHatGuy The videos may be staged or scripted, but that doesn't mean her accent is. I grew up surrounded by people who spoke like her, and mine is probably stronger than hers. Chris G I'm Irish (Dublin) and I'm thinking of starting my own UA-cam channel with just my voice.. like a "here for the tea" channel.. would anyone be even interested? 😂😂
Okay lads and lassies. A few things. First off you don't use teabags to make a "proper" cup of tea. You have to use Barrys' or Lyons Tea. Second: you hafta, I mean hafta to scald the teapot. That is a key moment in the whole process. Skip that and you are downhill from there. "Scalding" the teapot means you pour a dash of boiled water into the empty teapot give it a whirl or a shake, and then tip it over into the sink. (Always have a kitchen sink nearby...) Then, and only then, do you put the tea (loose) into the now heated teapot. One teaspoonful for each person and then one for the pot. The "one for the pot" is crucial for taste. You then let it sit for about three minutes and you pour. Add milk. (It'll be too strong without the milk). Then some sugar, for taste. But if you already have given up sugar for Lent when you were a kid you will be able to taste the tea in its pure form. (Aficionados know what I mean). By the way Saoirse's accent IS genuine. Her father is from the Northside of Dublin. She grew up in Carlow but her soul is pure North Dublin, hence the genuineness of the accent. But, I hafta say, her tea making skills are not as good as her acting skills but, hey no one's perfect. But if she follows my recipe for making a "proper" cup of tay, she'd be perfect!!!
What do you use to get the tea leaves out? A strainer? I find those metal tea egg things leave a nasty aftertaste in the tea. A lot of my older relatives leave the tea leaves in the cup but they spend ages spitting them out afterwards.
she is an absolute doll. Really wish she showed the techniques for making a proper cup of tea. Put some hot water in the teapot to heat it, drain, add tea, add boiling water, steep, put a spoon and milk in the cup first so as not to crack the fine bone china...
nazia fahmi oh yeah all European are so classy lol smh. ever heard of peasants, hard working farmers, model times, black plague lol shall I continue lol

Saoirse has made her stance in the "milk first" vs "tea first" debate very clear. And I'm a little disappointed. Not sure we can be imaginary best friends any more.
The reason the British added milk first is cos hot water used to crack the china cups the tea was served in. However most Irish people I know put the milk in after the tea, and it tastes better that way.
@@BNJT I have never heard that before and I have drunk plenty of tea in fine bone china without milk at all and never cracked a cup. Milk first (using a pot) does mean the milk warms evenly so you don't get a little skin on the tea. On the other hand, I have never met anyone that put milk first and I am English.

The way she says the funniest things with a straight face is hilarious
I always get a kick out of people who manage to keep a straight face after saying something genuinely funny without intending to make others laugh.
Her accent is so heavy you can use it to make tea.
perhaps intentional
Heavy tea is called " skig " in partitioned Ireland.
You call that a heavy accent?
