Hi all! My pilot had the same issue, the dealer won't fix it for free since there is no recall for this issue.
I went ahead and applied this fix myself. here are some recommendations:
    1. Before starting take out the copilot 3rd sear completely, this will allow you to work with more space. I already tried without taking it off and lost a low of time.
    2. straighten the cables/connectors the better you can, it doesn't need to be perfect, and place it back the better you can
This is not a permanent fix but it has worked for the last 6 months on my car, I would probably need to re-do this when it starts crackling again.
    Best Luck to you all!

@@BCautosolutions I got my car second hand from the dealer (27k miles on it), and when I did this I noticed the dealer had already applied this because the plastic zip belt wasn’t the original one. Still went ahead and re-did this and it worked. My guess is that at some point after fixing this, with all the car movement it will eventually happen. But no big deal, once you do it once you are able to redo this anytime and faster

It was weird, the same day I did it, the problem was not fixed, the popping sound still continued, but the day after, during the afternoon no more popping sound and I have a more than a week without problems. I went behind my right rear sideliner garnish to see how all of the connectors were routed. The red and green FAKRA connectors to my amplifier are both at a 90 degree angle almost, coming straight out of the bottom part of the coaxial terminal. Mainly due the fact that the harness branches were wrapped AROUND the main floor harness branch. So, a lot of these not only are due to the part (floor harness) but also depend on who routed the harness when the car was built.

This is the first video explaining the issue and the fix. I have a 2021 Pilot EXL, ever since I drove of the lot it began doing the popping sound and freezing the screen, DROVE ME INSANE. Took it to the dealer and fixed for a week or 2 then it began doing it again, Vehicle is back at the dealer again, was at the point of telling them to keep the car and give me a new one. First time they apparently switched connectors, after a while someone told me this exact issue, which prompted me to look up on web, Luck struck and found this video. Thank you very much, now i have to wait to get the car back from dealer and see what was done, fingers cross.
