The figures at the end are Inquisitors, probably there to recruit the Jedi - or kill him, if he refuses. The one that speaks is Trilla, from the game Jedi: Fallen Order. Most Inquisitors are younger Jedi that fell to the dark side for one reason or another around the time of Order 66.
