That's their way of calling to a Head figure which they deny. If someone was truly not bounded by Allah and religion in their thoughts, they would not care for any form of tradition whatsoever because 'logically' it has nothing to offer their existence (even though every single human in existence has *needed* some form of these traditions and rules by bound by such). I leave in France and nowdays the school prepared to celebrate Halloween, honnestly i used to take my children with makeup and costume ( never vampire or démons and such things) i don't know what to do cause i feel guilty doing it and the problem is that even my neighbours Who are muslims did it wich make it too hard to convince my children, ( i don't take my children to celebrate it in the city or knocking doors for candy only at school, i also never celebrate chrismas and no anniversary at home) how can i resolve that problem that hapens inside schools. But I would like you to consider the likes of imam al bukhaary and imam ibn hanbal who had only their mothers and became big scholars.
I was thinking the same. I am a single parent raising my daughter in the U.K. Her father is absent from his own choice. What hope do I have? I’m trying to raise my daughter the best way. I don’t know what the future holds. But I would like to pray that she has the balance and know that there are so many family around who love her. I feel so sad right now
May Allah bless those single mothers raising their kids on their own, as the Sheikh mentioned "superheroes". It's definitely not impossible to raise them well alone, and that wasn't the intended message. The point was rather to highlight the importance of Allah's balance in establishing both Fathers and Mothers for children. May Allah grant you strength.

That's their way of calling to a Head figure which they deny. If someone was truly not bounded by Allah and religion in their thoughts, they would not care for any form of tradition whatsoever because 'logically' it has nothing to offer their existence (even though every single human in existence has *needed* some form of these traditions and rules by bound by such). Alas, Allah knows us better, and He knows we need Him.

I leave in France and nowdays the school prepared to celebrate Halloween, honnestly i used to take my children with makeup and costume ( never vampire or démons and such things) i don't know what to do cause i feel guilty doing it and the problem is that even my neighbours Who are muslims did it wich make it too hard to convince my children, ( i don't take my children to celebrate it in the city or knocking doors for candy only at school, i also never celebrate chrismas and no anniversary at home) how can i resolve that problem that hapens inside schools.

I would like to see a podcast about single mothers, as it felt like you are saying its impossible to grow up a child a good Muslim as a single mother. But I would like you to consider the likes of imam al bukhaary and imam ibn hanbal who had only their mothers and became big scholars.
I was thinking the same. I am a single parent raising my daughter in the U.K.
Her father is absent from his own choice. What hope do I have? I’m trying to raise my daughter the best way. I don’t know what the future holds. But I would like to pray that she has the balance and know that there are so many family around who love her. I feel so sad right now
May Allah bless those single mothers raising their kids on their own, as the Sheikh mentioned "superheroes". It's definitely not impossible to raise them well alone, and that wasn't the intended message. The point was rather to highlight the importance of Allah's balance in establishing both Fathers and Mothers for children. May Allah grant you strength.
