Congratulations! I'm a tomboy and I'm now over 60. We need to reclaim Tomboy-ism! It's ok for all girls, not just Lesbians! Glad to hear that you had a mother who allowed you to express your non-girly side when you were young. I feel so sorry for todays kids, who are being forced back into 1950s style stereotypes of men and women. We thought the 60s and 70s had successfully moved us away from them, but no, here it all is, back again.

And you can thank your fellow women for that and especially the feminists who started this whole mess with their toxic ideology which they expanded with intersectionality, critical race theory and the whole snow flake sensitivity etc etc etc

@@seriously1184 Stop with the nonsense. Men snatched gender ideology and used it in a twisted, dark and perverted(literally!) way that it was never intended to be used, to benefit patriarchy and appropriate 'woman' and 'womanhood' for themselves.
The heavy agenda and aggressive campaign to get children involved was to make something considered abnormal and totally against nature, the norm.
The theory: crazies don't look crazy if everyone's being crazy, right? That allows freaky to be normal and out there, in comfort. Remember the pride celebrations? 50+ men walking publicly, literally naked in bondage gear and dog collars, twerking in front off children. Once upon a time they would have either been arrested for unlawful lewd behaviour or sectioned under the Mental Health Act. And they would have been shunned as a pervert. Now, anything goes. Transgenderism had the West literally in a chokehold, where people couldn't speak, let alone question the ethics and morality of what is taking place.
The madness of the youth on Tik Tok, literally showing off the fact that they've had a double mastectomy (cut off and as Chloe Cole described it 'had her healthy breasts incinerated' - that got to me) and proudly showing off the scars and body mutilations. Boys being turned into castrated 'sissies'. The pervs must be loving Tik Tok. This is their dream come true.

I’m bisexual and when I started dating lesbians I realised that it was common for LGB to have various degrees of gender dysphoria which is why I think this push towards normalisation of transition as the only way to cope with gender dysphoria is dangerous for us.
There has been a dramatic increase in females being referred to gender identity clinics so it appears that the “tomboy” is being erased by the new LGBT community and by gender identity clinics

Well done! It is really good that you have come to terms with being female. You are free to be as you want to be regardless of your sex.
Regarding the people who supposedly mistake you for a male you can be quite sure that they are doing that intentionally in an effort to be "kind". It is perfectly obvious that you are female. You do not need to perform any kind or amount of femininity in order to be recognised as female, people already know at first sight.
Regarding your voice: I don't think it is advisable to constantly speek at the extreme lower end of your register. You might want to consult a speech pathologist. Incidently, there is a detransitioner and speech pathologist on youtube (www.youtube.com/@Aisle_of_Ex) who might be of interest to you.

I thought I was a woman and lived as a woman for 2 years, was on hormones, I looked very much like a female but realized what I really was is lonely and I wanted attention. I'm so incredibly grateful i had my early childhood in the 70's and teen years in the 80's when a tomboy was a girl who simply was just that. A tomboy. A girl who simply liked running around barefoot in shorts and a t shirt. Playing in mud, pushing toy trucks and building make believe farms. Climbing trees and not playing with bar by dolls or playing princess. Happily married with 3 adult children and still a happy tomboy driving my tractor managing hay fields, shooting guns and riding motorcycles. Thank you for your video. Stay strong.

Nobody said a word to me. Maybe that was the difference between my family and yours.
Or maybe I was scary and they were afraid to say anything. (This was 50 years ago.)

Not always. Plenty of boys who played with dolls and pretended to be princesses grow up to be straight men. It's just the nature of children playing to act out fictional characters they see or mimic people they spend time with and play with the toys available to them. Lots of boys with sisters have this experience and yet grow up to be straight. It depends how the adults around them respond. Either way, what does it matter? Most gay men I know are not feminine at all. Femininity and masculinity do not determine ones sex nor who we re attracted to.

I can’t blame you, in fact I totally understand you. I grew up in the 80’a and I’m not sure if it was dysphoria but I couldn’t stand the social idea of how girls had to be. I was little and I wanted to do everything that boys did and I wanted to be tough like the boys etc. I thought everything girls did was boring and cliche. I hated dresses! Hated cute girly shoes, hates dolls, cooking sets, soap operas etc. I loved cars (I still do!) I loved boys conversations (I thought they were more fun) I loved wearing pants and still to this day I’m not overly girly. However as I grew up I started liking dressing up girly, but it’s like a once a week type of thing. But had I grown up nowadays I think I would have been lead to believe that I was trans. I’m not. I am straight, married to a manly man (who loves cars as much as I do, I fix cars with him, do handy jobs with him etc).
Being a girly girl is social construct, girls can be non-girly and still be girls like me 😉

Thank you so much for sharing your story. I'm sorry to see that you got some really weird people commenting but also glad to see lots of people being supportive. I'm really curious about the experience of seeing the trans character/actor on Euphoria. Was it that you connected with the individual or was it more the concept of being trans? How do you make sense of that experience now, in retrospect? You said it set you off researching - I wondered what you looked at. Do you think there is anything anyone could have said or done that would have been helpful before you got to crisis point?

The only "transition" every soul needs is; transitioning from lies/darkness into the truth/light.
      From religions into reality.

From being deceived into being HEALD.
Therefore, souls, CRY OUT TO GOD and leave behind all masonic/satanic lies.
As none is trans nor male nor female in heaven, same in hell, no soul is trans nor male nor female.

      Mark 12:25
For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.

For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
Sinners shall have everlasting existence filled with agony.

Matthew 8:12 - But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Revelation 21:8 - But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Saved shall have everlasting existence filled with LIFE:
      John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
John 5:29 - And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
FREE WILL is given to all of us to choose between 2:

You are still somewhat controlled by some of the circles of logic and terminology of your indoctrination. Rebuke the ideology totally and reclaim your natural self. There are so many flavors of women and men. So many do not fall into the stereotypical personality and stature and that IS the natural you. In our teens we naturally crave identity and usually acceptance from it.
Our elders in most cases were raised and taught a considerably different a view of biology. Imagine how disturbing and concerning it is for them to see what is biologically natural to be scoffed and discarded. Don’t judge them for that. Understand and respect their life’s experience and where they come from.
