Thank you for speaking on this. I'm in healthcare and there's so much we can't speak on but I've personally seen a lot of what you're explaining here. So many people are having complications and instead of sounding the alarm they just continue to medicate in different ways. Just to clarify testosterone is a natural hormone in both females and males it’s just produced in a higher concentration in males but it is still present in females just at a lower concentration there are outlier cases of women who have high testosterone again in BOTH male and females too much testosterone is never a good thing as it can cause heart issues and irregularities reproductive issues etc

also, lots of people have diseases they got "in the womb" that modern medicine treats. if you're gonna preach, at least stick to your story. you know, despite all your warnings and stuff, i'm not "sensitive" but i'm pretty annoyed at how flimsy this is. if you felt sick, if you wanted to go back, go. no one's stopping you. but you're broadcasting this idea that EVERYONE who does this is wrong somehow. PS. male and female genitalia are remarkably similar. Your body can't "BECOME" another genitalia, you will never be able to create testicles from hormone use... but that's the main difference. there are congruent structures for pretty much everything else. sorry if the truth hurts, but your "subjective" truth is hurting more people than you even know.

You should try to warn her about the long term complications. There are a lot of videos out there like this that would be worth showing her. There is also a book called Irreversible Damage that covers a lot of the health complications that happen to women from testosterone that the medical community does not seem to be warning transitioners about.
Lastly, I would remind her that she can still present as male as she wants, date women, etc without any medication or surgeries. There is really no reason for them.
Good luck. I hope to see a lot of tom boys and guys get away from this as it is hurting a lot of people.

Please...I BEG. Any and every detransitioner out there that makes these types of videos claiming they were once trans but found the truth or found god....stop saying you were trans bc you were not. You went through a trans experience but you WERE NEVER TRANS. You speak about our existence like its just a little fun thing we do that will eventually bight us in the ass or like we'll eventually regret it.
Gender dysphoria is what we experience, and gender affirming care is what we receive to help us live happy lives and feel at peace. 99% of ACTUAL trans people don't regret transitioning bc it saved our lives! We aren't doing this bc of the same reason you did. We are actually trans!! Taking hormones doesn't get us killed, making videos like these get us killed. This isn't something we CHOOSE we JUST ARE.
Like I feel for yall but people who make videos speaking about transitioning like its a very very bad thing to do is harmful. There are older trans people who are still fine to this day! Science, doctors, physiologist all back us up, but yet most don't care to acknowledge that. Look at how many of our rights are being taken away due to misinformation right now. It's like our voices are drowning out by detransitioners and ignorant individuals who want to stop all treatment for all due to simply not listening to us, and for a detrans persons life choices just bc it didnt work for them. Not saying this is you specifically, but in a way its working that way. Pleass stop spreading misinformation about trans lives or trans treatments bc it is not the same experience as yours.

Tbh trans people really don’t have a problem with people who de-transition, I feel like the issue at hand is that cis people will take your story and try to cast it upon the whole trans community. Like no that’s not how this work, nobody reason for feeling different nor their experience within the transition is going to be the same. So basically the problem is really between cis and trans people, y’all are just caught in the crossfire.

Even jay said that they transitions bc of what others thought of her & not about what she thought of herself, already starting the process with the wrong mindset. Not all trans people commit with going through the medical process of taking medical hormones nor is that a requirement to be trans. People express their gender in different ways, some people commit through fully transitioning and some detransition. For those who fully commit to the other side, 9/10 there aren’t any regrets. They would rather fully combat their dysphoria to fully live a happy life than to live in discomfort not being authentically themselves.
