It is absolutely refreshing to have a company be as revealing as Parcours is in the lengths they go to in engineering their wheels... No doubt some other companies do their own, but they rarely, if ever, talk about it as openly...
Glad to hear it's interesting. We've always aimed to be as open as possible about our development & testing so let me know if there's any other aspect you'd like to hear more about!
Use some denture cleaner tabs to clean out your hydration pack (make sure to rinse it out after, don't drink the denture cleaner water), and then get one of those reusable silica gel packs to stuff inside to keep it dry when it's not in use. It'll never go moldy then.
Great Video! Nice to see some behind the scenes Parcours work, appreciate the openess of the research Cheers Dov and Co! Excited for whats coming with Justin and great to see Lucy too! We miss Lucy!
I look forward to more picture skew and skenic footage. I found the key to jet lag is to stick to your normal routine as much as you can, and if you feel tired in the middle of the day then have a nap for an hour or so and go to bed at your usual time.
Real world Kona conditions data 👍..... Interpretated no doubt for future parcours wheelsets 👌. Bon voyage video from Kona to home 👍welcome yem Francis. A superb set of Vlogs, thanks FC & Parcours, Dov & Amy 👏👏
Hello Francis, really enjoy your content on your channel. I was wondering if you could use the the sensors for bike packing and cycle touring? It would be awesome if you did another video with the sensors about bikepacking.
Excellent. It’s the smallest one they do but fits all my ~52cm bikes no problem and peace of mind that they won’t get damaged in transit. I’ve had 3 bikes destroyed in bags before!
Sweet, I'm getting a 1040 next week soon. Having trouble selling my hammerhead. Have you used the Karoo 2 and if so what are the pros and cons you find between both?
Gotta love the jab: Francis: "Next time I want a TT bike"; Dov: "Ask Scott".
60 Hz isn't 1 sample per second, it's 60 samples per second
Yes, my mistake. Note to self - do not explain things to camera on a hangover... 🙄
I have a feeling Dov knows this but can sympathise that things get mixed up when a camera is shoved in your face!
@@Cade_Media so right.
You had a hangover?
@@Cade_Media I can assure you ocifer he's only had a couple of light ales.

3:30 60Hz is 60 data points per second ;)
Love the matching paintjobs on the Parcours wheels in the other video with the tri bikes
Holy shit, Lucy Tinyhead!! Legend!
I look forward to more picture skew and skenic footage. I found the key to jet lag is to stick to your normal routine as much as you can, and if you feel tired in the middle of the day then have a nap for an hour or so and go to bed at your usual time.
I have so enjoyed this entire series.
thanks for watching Jesse!
Can’t believe you went to Hawaii and didn’t have a go at surfing, I’ve been on Oahu cycling and it’s the paradise I expected, great video pal
I live on a coast. We are all about the yaw angle.
I assume there will be a follow up on the data collected from the wheels.

Hawaii to anywhere is a rough flight. Nobody keeps their sanity with that much time on an airplane.
Great video. Justin remains a legend. Looking forward to what comes next.
Lucy 'Tinyhead' and Justin 'Thor' in the same video: what a treat.
Hello Francis, really enjoy your content on your channel. I was wondering if you could use the the sensors for bike packing and cycle touring? It would be awesome if you did another video with the sensors about bikepacking.
Looking forward to the next adventure. Best regards Martin
If only Jimmi were there too, he could mediate all this technical data to the everyday layman. Jimmy where r u bruv?
Did n't Pituresku play right back for Chelsea and Romania?
I am quite happy to bump in friends around town. You sir, fly to other cities on this planet and bump into friends. So Mint. 😆
Secret 'Jet Lag' Squirrel! Welcome back!
That part of Hawaii looks exacly like Lanzarote.
Won't someone please quantify the effect of a disc brake. It's right up front and designed to cool itself by churning the air
Justin and Lucy in one video. Yeh.
Looking forward to that bike trip
3:30 - The recording is at 60Hz, why he spoke about one data point per second if there's 60 measurements done every second? Shouldn't it be 1Hz then?
welcome bac to the UK ... hope you soon recover from your jet lag.
Thanks Francis...for sharing the ..experiences ? Rest , recover ! Repeat
I keep my camelbak bladder in the freezer when it’s not being used. Had it 5 years and still in great condition 👍
Lucy! Justin! just like old days
Ooh nice one Francis!
Click, click, click, click.... I cant unhear it 🤣
They are doing it on purpose surely, beyond a joke.
Francis where did you get that bike box from? That looks like one of the safest boxes i have seen.....
Buxum bike box 👍
@@Cade_Media Awesome. Thanks for that mate. ...and keep the awesome vids coming!!!
5:40 a bona fide rock star (miss Lucy)
remind me again, how many days did you have to tolerate that bottom bracket?)
How do you find the Tourmalet bike box?
Excellent. It’s the smallest one they do but fits all my ~52cm bikes no problem and peace of mind that they won’t get damaged in transit.
I’ve had 3 bikes destroyed in bags before!
@@Cade_Media perhaps an idea for a review! My cockpit is very difficult to remove so was looking for a box that doesn’t require it to be removed
Could you link/name the suitcase you are using for bike when traveling?
Buxum bike box!
@@Cade_Media Cheers, awesome
Keep the camel pack inner in the freezer. Then it won't go mouldy.
Was the first part of this video filmed on the iPhone again?
Some bits, but the quality was only 720p because I had to download it in a rush from google photos - I can’t get the files from phone to PC easily!
Keep the Camlebak bladder in the freezer mate, stops is going mouldy 😉
Thanks to your content I'm able to upgrade my gearset without spending a lot. 😁
200k! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
JUSTIN !! THE 0 LEGGED LEGEND !!Best be good francis!! 👍 looking forward to you next epic kid xxxx
So distracted by the text on Dov's baselayer
You had me at "vector sum" 😁
thank you for the video
👊
You were in SoCal and you didn’t even hit me up for a ride? I thought we were friends Francis😢
He should use FT technologies wind sensors from Sunbury on Thames. Best in the world 👍🏻
Hope the jet lag eases v soon. Hate it!!! Also hope to see you in the not too distant future! ❤
One does not merely rock an accelerometer.
I love to line up dov's beard underneath his chin and change his life 🤣
Hey Francis what's your go to bike computer and why?
I’m sponsored by Garmin so lucky to have lots of choice. Current one is the edge 1040 solar - big screen is definitely better!
Sweet, I'm getting a 1040 next week soon. Having trouble selling my hammerhead. Have you used the Karoo 2 and if so what are the pros and cons you find between both?
please...fix...that...BB 🙂
LUCY!!!
Top tip - flush out the camelbak bladdder the always store your it in the freezer
Oh cool this is something bike related
OMG. The first thing In thought of was GTA. It was a good place to lose the cops.
Ah bless. Sleep well Francis. 👍
Last ❓
instead of relying on people's intuition, why not do a double blind test.
Are you bringing the dog and the BFJ on this big trip? Asking for a friend
No but we have something else in the works
Chris hall
Is great
#Scenic and #Picturesque 🙂
Also: #Nerd...
JUSTIN!!!
I would like to apply for the job of chief aero tester solely based in Hawaii please 🙋🏻♂️
Imagine if these smart folks put their focus to solving meaningful issues
How do you run into people you know everywhere you go?!
Coz he’s the man!
Hellooo
❤❤
What Is This? Nothing about a Scott Foil that's what it is
Did eye spy the SigmaSport Girl?
Oh man this is a complexed matter .
Stay awake!
It is easier to stay awake riding your bike then it is sitting on your butt editing.
I can't even get myself motivated to go to the supermarket, let alone fly around the world non-stop to go on bike rides.
Huh?
You're very good at what you do. I enjoy this channel quite a bit.
