This is beautiful I love the slow way you show how to make bracelet . I am a beginner and I need to see just exactly where to insert the beads and you have done a great job with that
Way to go, Marie M! 😄 I started hoarding (ahem - acquiring a stash of) cubes for such an occasion too LOL 😄 This pattern is a perfect way to showcase them!
what a gorgeous bracelet , and love that its with cube beads!!! ty for a great video Gina!!! ty for sharing your time , talents and patterns with us all!!!
Love this design! I used the Blue Jade Peacock cubes that Bead Box Bargains had and it is gorgeous. There is enough color variety within the beads to look like it is two colors.
Thank you so much for such a beautiful work of art. Your tutorial was easy to follow. I'm a newish beader and appreciate the work you put into your tutorials. I'm excited to give another a try. Once again, Thank you!
Thank you for the great tutorial! I am very excited to purchase my materials and get started. I just had one question, can you use a round bead for the center bead? and would that change the number of seed beads I would have to use? Thank you for your help
Ugh.. I tried a different techic a while ago and I couldn't get my cubes to sit straight so I gave up and took it apart!! Thank you for this vid as I will try this way now 😁can 6mm rondelle be used instead?
Hi Gina! Great tutorial, I would like to do this design but with 4mm beads for a more dainty bracelet? What amounts should I use for the 11/0’s? Thank you in advance, Liz
Hi shardaas! :-) Here's the story from several sources: Tennis star Chris Evert was playing an intense game at the 1987 U.S. Open when she suddenly stopped mid-match asking officials for a time out. The clasp on her George Bedewi diamond line bracelet had broken, the bracelet fell off her wrist and she really wanted to find it before resuming the game. In an interview later, she referred to that bracelet as her "tennis bracelet" and the name stuck. :-)

Hi Anecia! You should be able to do this with 6mm round beads to, I just didn't try it out. If you do, feel free to give us an update! :)
Ugh.. I tried a different techic a while ago and I couldn't get my cubes to sit straight so I gave up and took it apart!! Thank you for this vid as I will try this way now 😁can 6mm rondelle be used instead?
I think you could!! :)
Hi Gina! Great tutorial, I would like to do this design but with 4mm beads for a more dainty bracelet? What amounts should I use for the 11/0’s?
Thank you in advance, Liz
Hi Lizette! I don't have a specific answer since I haven't done that yet, but perhaps I can give it a try and update. 💜💜💜
@@ORCHIDandOPAL do you know if anyone has tried it with the 4mm?
Hi Gina this is wonderful! I only have 4 mm cubes. Can I use those instead and how many seed beads do I scale down to pr. unit? Thanks :-)
Hi Monica! You may have to experiment, I would pare down with about 1 11/0 seed bead to start. :)
❤❤❤❤❤
💜💜💜
So if I be need to change the size, do I need an even number of cubes?
Hi Annette! It can be any number, even or odd, in this one! :)
I am just wondering why do they call it the tennis bracelet? Is there any particular reason they name jewelry certain way?
