Seeing your firstborn cultists next to these primaris, I now have the headcanon that the corruption occured a long time ago, and was kept hidden until the chapter got primaris reinforcements, with the added strength being the trigger for the emergence of the horror hiding beneath the ceramite.
Genestealers are masters of stealth, I think this would match them perfectly. I also remember reading that most chapters got primaris reinforcement sent to them as long as they were on the "loyalist" list.
Might work better if when the Primaris arrived the genestealers were exposed so the corrupted ones attacked and overthrew the primaris, before stealing their genes and new tech for themselves
Before painting im thinking, it's not a helmet it's his head that as formed perfectly into his hold helmet has he had worn it during the horrific process of transformation
I realized that without a power pack the armor wouldn't be as effective, so I used that idea to explain how he's able to use the power armor while also wearing the Tyranid carapace.
Love the idea of the Carapace merging with the armor. 😄 Think it can make for some even more insane designs down in the future. fx. a power pack that's half way merged with the carapace could look insane. kinda like chaos corruption.
These remind me a lot of the Viridain Consuls chapter from the book Calagr's wrath. The cover of the book has chaos space marines that look a lot like this.
Crazy that I’ve been working on my hombrew howling chimera space marine chapter that mix xenos dna with that of gene seed and now I see all these cool kitbashes that will definitely help me later once I try bringing them to life
@ still working on lore for them im fairly new to warhammer so it’s hard but one of these day I’ll be able to do it I want them to be able to be played as genestealers, orks and blood angels will be an expensive project but feel i can do it
@@Chimaera_Gaming I can scarcely imagine the horrifying force of nature that would be an Astartes-level genestealer with warghhh energy suffering from the Black Rage. Definitely make them a renegade chapter, though, and maybe even have them serve the Ordo Xenos as a living specimen of anti-xenos fight fire with fire genetic experimentation!
It wold be interesting if the toxic seed stealer (gean seed for the space merean) didn't get put into the bio batches so as to not poison any smaller nids but with that his probably enhanced regeneration keeps him just out of the jaws of death so he can travel with the hive ships
I think it would be cool to see some Gene Marine heros/characters for your army - like a Chaplin magus, Librarian Benifictus or apothicary biophagus. Just shooting some ideas
I've thought tyranid parts were great for CSM mutations since the twenty teen's. I really liked the idea of the first guy but the mismatch between the back collar of the power armor and the separate neck hole of the carapace kinda bugged me(pun not intended... but an added bonus). I suppose it could work to remove more from the back of the space marine and set the carapace lower, but then you probably would have had to cut off the wings and angled them back , then greenstuff the seams, and maybe trim down the bootie carapace... at which point maybe reposition the tail after cutting it off... for a CSM maybe attach a chain sword blade or a mechadendrite head to the end of it. That said I really like the wings with power packs and I think you could something really disturbing for the some warptalons with that. Especially if you added in some stormcast and sanguinary guard bits... maybe the old one big jet turbine in the middle of the back jumpacks and the heads(also some of the old emperors children shoulders worked really well for sanguinary guard with only some slight modifications(the ones with a sculpted rather than flayed face on them and the ones with the two big wings after trimming of the little legion marking).

Have a idea, you could play these guys a CSM, and have the cultists as chaos

awesome another part of the Growing GeneStealer Marines army. this is awesome bud
Thanks mate! The army shall grow, and the angels of the four-armed Emperor will spread.
@@AnotherDayMiniatures indeed my friend
My idea is that the helmet genestealer marine is that his head is smooth and he sees through echolocation
Before painting im thinking, it's not a helmet it's his head that as formed perfectly into his hold helmet has he had worn it during the horrific process of transformation
They look awesome. Exceptional painting and converting. I really like the 3d printed stand for them too. Thanks for sharing!!
Cheers! :)
NICE! i love seeing these unique kitbashes, awesome!
Cheers!
Looks like it would be a great idea for night lords too good job bud!
I was thinking the same thing "If not for the xeno corruption, night lords would be envious" 😄
Thanks for sharing this, those wings gave me a different idea
Hell yeah!
I didn’t know I needed this video until I saw it and now I can’t live without it. Thank you, ADM.
Cheers mate :D
Absolutely love the colors you used in this scheme!!
Looks so cool
1:45 that’s actually so cool 😮

These look amazing 🤩
How awesome 😍😍

kinda like chaos corruption.
Indeed!
So much heresy with genestealer space marines… and they’re amazing!
😁🤘
That would be great for a night lords army
Can't wait to see more, have you got any ideas for leaders like captains or specialists
Nothing at the moment, but I like to come up with the ideas in the moment. Not great at planing ahead
😅
Love being early for such a sick kitbash!
😄🤘

I can easily see the resemblance.
These look amazing! Seeing all the models together was a great showcase. Would Genestealer Terminators be next in this series?
Cheers! I've been itching to give terminators a go for a while now but I'm still trying to find the right "theme" and parts for them.
@ maybe Death Leaper and Barbagaunt bits could be a place to start? They give the heavier vibes that fit with a Terminator imo.
Crazy that I’ve been working on my hombrew howling chimera space marine chapter that mix xenos dna with that of gene seed and now I see all these cool kitbashes that will definitely help me later once I try bringing them to life
That sounds awesome, the amount of cool stuff you can make with that chapter should be limitless.

Do you have a link for that satellite dish? That's cool and I'd love to try printing it.
Here you go mate makerworld.com/en/models/715727
scythes of the emperor reborn and made the same mistake?
Cawl was too busy playing tetris with Necrons to make sure things went ok.
Hi, I'm new here, and I already love your content
Welcome mate!
Next step, terminators
Very cool!
Excellent stuff!

*heavy Deathwatch breathing.
"Brother....get the heavy flamer"
could of given one two claws on on are, super dope project
What do you use the even out/hide the printing layer lines... om the bambu lab printer???
Personally nothing, all the prints in the video just came out that way. I did try the 'ironing' option for a few of them.
Absolutely awesome work on these minis and the display! Do you mind if I ask what liquid you used while airbrushing the dry pigments?
Cheers! It was just regular water, I didn't want to risk mixing in any mediums as that more than likely would have clogged the airbrush.
@AnotherDayMiniatures Thanks!
So this is what Malfoy did after Harry Potter
You'll soon find out that some Space Marine Chapters are better than others, Potter.
I know this May never Happen but you Should Combine Space Marines With Borderlands Monsters or Make Space Marines Like Borderlands Style
Where can I get the green clay-like stuff?
It’s called green stuff. Should be able to get it from a hobby shop
I like that
