CROFFLE RECIPE (12 pcs)
Bread flour 200 gr
Sugar 20 gr
Milk powder 6 gr
Instant yeast 5 gr
Salt 4 gr
Egg yolk 1 pc
Cold water 90 ml
Cold unsalted butter 20 gr
Cold unsalted butter 100 gr for laminate the dough
Sugar for coating

RESEP CROFFLE (12 pcs)
Tepung protein tinggi 200 gr
Gula pasir 20 gr
Susu bubuk 6 gr
Ragi instant 5 gr
Garam 4 gr
Kuning telur 1 pc
Air dingin 90 ml
Mentega (unsalted) 20 gr
Mentega (unsalted) 100 gr untuk laminasi adonan
Gula untuk coating

We take waffles seriously in our house ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxUfphIgghPSpAXNq6OG2WRYsFVqylcqMn and worked our old one through many years of Sunday brunches till it finally gave out on us. Our old one only made two at a time, this one makes four! Nicely sized 1 inch thick which are lovely! Now the kids don't have to wait as long to eat our weekly waffle breakfast and everyone's are hot if we wait and eat all together! Setting 3 seems to work perfect for golden brown. Be sure to pour the batter in the center of each waffle square, not the center of the iron like the novice that posted the scorched waffles photo. About a 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter in each seemed to work well for us. We tested making just one at a time so we could use all the remaining batter and it made it just as fluffy and golden as when we made 4!

Hey! I want to know if I can keep the croissant (that is already 1 hour proofed) in the refrigerator? So I can cook it anytime I want to eat croffle. :)
Hi ! Sure you can do that.. or for more longer you can keep it in the freezer but need to be thawed and proof it again before cook the croffle ☺️🙏🏻

Hi sis. Why does my dough is sticky at the end of process. The butter melts. Ive put in the fridge as instructed
Hi sis! It because the butter is coming out from the dough.. make sure always freeze it (in the freezer) before roll the dough..so the butter will be set inside the dough.. croissant is very tricky with the butter inside.. good luck sis ! 🫶🏻

@@MakingDesserts I think they meant the weather outside? But adding to this, if it's hot outside will it still be alright to do the recipe? Or should other steps be added in as well to avoid the butter from melting quickly?
I have seen another videos where they flip the croissant to the other side so both sides r done. U don’t do it why?
Hi.. do you mean the croffle pan? Because i'm using waffle machine which both sides are hot and can cook both sides already ☺️🙏🏻
