    At around 5:50 how do you ultimately get that nut off the top assembly? I got it w/ the 8mm wrench so that the post is flush with the nut but can't get it to get any looser

    Anyone else notice the rear rotors are installed backwards (the driver side rotor is on the passenger side and vice versa).. Slotted rotors are designed to vent brake dust outward and away from the hub..

    Any suggestions if the upper strut mount welded bolt snapped in half???

      @1AAuto  4 роки тому

      +Eddie Kovalik You will likely need to replace the strut assembly.

    What kind of wrench is the 18mm what do you call that?

    • @1AAuto
      @1AAuto  3 роки тому +1

      +Devin Lambert The tech uses a 18mm wrench.

      @@1AAuto I'm guessing the question is, what kind of wrench has that deep offset where it drops right down over the nut while the wrench is perpendicular to the shock. I have a standard set of wrenches and the angle on them prevents you from fully seating them. Trying to find a better option

    Do NOT try to unscrew the NUT, the nut was welded on,
    Only unscrew the bolt
    I was trying to unscrew the NUT, I was wrong.

      Are you referring to the one she took off when removing the assembly which holds the damper?

    Now I know where the knocking noise in my Acura MDX comes from. I didn't activate (three times) the oil and gas before installing them. Hgggrrrrrrr.
