No - never felt the need. Maybe if I had fabric upholstery, but my leather upholstery is non absorbent and also withstands strong cleaning chemicals. (currently using Optimum Power Clean @ 10:1) The very infrequent stains in the floor mats & carpet are also easily cleaned.
I am Dutch, and as you know, we value affordability. I used this product for my car during the winter when it often rains. This product kept my car covered for 3 months with no leakage or issues. All the cheaper options I tried lasted only up to 2 weeks. Trust me, this product is the best I’ve tried!
It's interesting that one (the only?) reason for V3 was to switch away from chemicals that are now banned in some countries. One wonders whether V2 might actually be more effective?
Good video, adding some footage showing the liquid behaviour on the untreated part of the carpet would have been useful to emphasise the benefits of the product.
What do you recommend for modern "leather" protection? Some detailer coated my seat when I bought the vehicle but I never found out with what but the product stay on for a few months

I feel like protecting the fabric is pointless. People will still somehow mess up the interior anyways and make it where the protection isn't there anymore very quickly. Maybe for a car that isn't driven daily but still not worth it.
I'd disagree, sure fabric protection takes a beating on floor mats and seats in daily driver's but it's easy to reapply. I've had customers call me 8-9 months after application and had chocolate or something on the seats and they've easily cleaned it up because the fabric protection has easily released it , i only ever tell people they'll probably only get a year out of it anyway. At the end of the day it's the same for coatings or anything we do , not everyone look's after their car even after protection packages have been applied .
Do you protect the upholstery and fabric in your automobile?
i've bought the smart fabric .As usual the video comes at the right time
No! I like to clean my vehicles.

Yes, minus the carpet

I like to brush all the fibers in one direction. Then spray. Then brush in the opposite direction and spray again. Cheers!😊
Another great video Brian ,I have used this product and others like it with decent results. Especially for those without rubber or plastic mats.
I used their older version and it works well. Yes it is expensive but your getting your moneys worth. Thank you for the video.

@@gregsullivan7408 V3 Still contained banned chemicals. I just checked and I can't get it shipped to California. I was ready to buy some too.
Damn I was debating between this and Carpro Fabric 2.0. Now I’m even more undecided 😂 Thanks for the great video Brian 🍻🍻🍻
I never have protected fabric before but it’s a good idea because some floor mats are expensive and if stained look horrible
I do protect the fabric but not as much as I should. Great video 👍

Haven’t used the bottle I have yet. I will have to use it soon, seeing its performance.
That looks good I use Igl I have to imagine a lot of those products are pretty similar. Thanks for the video.
I like it!! Like a lot!!! Protect your fabric people!!
Yet another awesome video and product review good friend
Great video! 👍🏽 I'm starting to dive into fabric protection and this shows a nice protected surface. How do you rate Gtechniq to Gyeon Fabric?
Gtechniq makes some good stuff
Awesome product Brian 👊🏼

Any cheaper alternative you’d recommend or is this a buy one cry one kind of thing?

Works great on trainers…
Does GTECHNIQ C2 Sealant last for 10 washes?
Sounds like the scotchguard offered on upholstery
Nice video. Great product.
Looks like a great product 👌
Is there a cure time ?
Impressive!
Does it smell as strong as V2?

Bit pricey for me. Never have issues with scotch guard and it's well priced
What kind of vac is that?
Good product
Very cool!
Not really but I should!
