Thanks for the video and info. Have you worn this for several hours (3hours +) with safety glasses and do you get that crushing feeling like the Howard Leight/Walkers etc? (I have upgraded my Walkers/Howard Leight and they still feel the crushing around where my glasses around 3-4 hours of wearing it straight)
My advice to you as someone who wears glasses would be to look into a company called Noisefighters noisefighters.com/ they will be great for you if you are having pain from your glasses.
@@CustosLibertas the reviews are overwhelmingly positive but there are not much in depth reviews about them. I bought them a month ago and they are 3x better than my old Pelton xpi's. The amps have a lot less static noise and very good 3d hearing. The Peltor 5's are supposed to be as good but I couldn't get them were I live
I know this is an old comment and you probably already know but disco32 makes ptt's that adapts to the ops core cord for Kenwoods, yaesus, Motorolas, and even the baofeng uv-5r.
“I felt like a dork.”
Lol! 90% of the reason I’m spending money on these is so I can take them off easily and not look like a dork during the day too.
If you are in a high noise environment does it cut all sound out?
Nice vid. Already have a set on the way and this helped me understand how to set them up
Thanks man, congrats! You're going to love them
Are these the “fixed downlead” or “connectorized” option
Connectorized
Good video bro
Thank you!
Great video where did you get the mounts that the earmuffs connect to?
From Ops Core directly
@@gunsnmammons thank you

@@gunsnmammons ok thanks
As TFB says, the big bonus is "Tactical Mickey Mouse" mode.
Nice vid
:)
Thanks a lot, there are almost no good reviews on them!
Im flattered!
As in, almost no positive reviews, or almost no thorough, in-depth reviews?

What color AMP’s is this and color helmet ?
Ops Core calls it "tan 499". It is somewhere between a sand and an FDE.
I have radio which is Kenwood connection so any adapter from OPS Core to Kenwood radios ?

which downlead cable are you running? Binaural, Monaural or Stereophonic?
Monoaural. I rarely run a radio, so having one ear works for me.
What IR light are you running ?
The IR strobe on the helmet is a S&S precision Manta, the other one is a Surefire M300V

"You should not be paying MSRP"
What do you mean here? Are you saying you can get these significantly under MSRP somewhere else?...
There are numerous discount codes you can use on the Opscore website that save you quite a bit.
@@gunsnmammons Even now? There's a 10 week + backorder. I just found a pair by luck at TNVC.
