THIS VIDEO WAS POSTED WHILE MAKING FUN AND BEING SERIOUS. PLEASE DON'T TAKE SO SERIOUS. IT IS MEANT TO POKE FUN AT HOW SOMETHINGS CANT BE TAKEN LITERAL. AND YET THE T-CASE DOES MAKE IT APART INTO PIECES.
THE CASE OF THIS T-CASE HAS A HUGE HOLE THAT ISNT CLEARLY VISIBLE AT TIMES. SO WE DECIDED POKE FUN AND ***WRONGLY DISASSEMBLE SINCE IT WAS TRASH ANYHOW LESS ANY GOLD HARD PARTS WE WERE ABLE TO HARVEST SUCH AS THE DRAIN PLUG. LOL . LOL. LAUGH AT IT GUY'S AND GAL'S WHO THE HECK TAKES A HAMMER TO THE PUMP LIKE THAT! ITS MEANT TO BE WRONG!
I have never seen a hammer used so much. I don't think you have ever worked on this before.
How can you see anything with his head and arms in the way .
For all who don't know the case in video is trashed and has a huge hole thru it that isn't clearly visible. So we decided make fun of tearing it apart trying make it harder to do than needed. Please do enjoy and laugh it was very hard to be serious 🤣 😅

Depends on the failures internally. Usually you can limp in 2wd from chain or pump failures, sometimes output shaft failures can result in loss of output.
In 45+ years of rebuiding T-cases, this is the first time I've seen a teardown by a CANNIBAL! Shame on you!

By the way the case has a huge hole in it. But the drain plug was unscathed. Lol .thanks again for watching.

How much is a rebuild kit
Depends on the extent of your case's needs. Pump, chain, seal set should run about $130.00

..All these screwdriver manufacturers all say "Do Not Use As A Chisel Or Prybar"..WTF, they KNOW they are going to be used as chisels, punches, prybars, wedges, scrapers, etc...they might as well put "Go Ahead, use these as chisels, prybars, or whatever the h@ll else you want to" on the packages.. :)

Sorry for the delayed response. There should be a round identification tag located above the fill plug. If you send me the year of your truck and details I can send which case should be in the truck.
Take off the lock ring and the pump comes right off no need to beat on it with a hammer .
