This is a lovely video! I enjoy the shots of the nature you notice most of all. I found that book "Radical Acceptance" and have it on my list, now. Another good one I recently finished is "The Mountain is You," if you're looking for another book in a similar vein. It talks about some of the things you touch on like: accepting where you are currently, and learning to see why you behave a certain way, and how that information could be used to help you work toward your goals. I appreciate that you mention doing yoga and morning meditation to help clear your mind for the day and that you've noticed when you're most productive and how to use those times the best way for you. It's excellent you talk about how different people need different things and that it is all very personal to your individual journey. It's important to remember that what works for someone else may be worth a try, but that it may not be for you and you may need to do something else entirely to show up in your life the way you want. I also enjoy some fizzy water on occasion, and keep a soda stream in my kitchen for this time of year when it is most appetizing to have some with fruit and/or a splash of juice for fun flavour. Thank you for sharing with us a snapshot of your life and your musings, especially in such a well-constructed way.
Thank you Jara for sharing your guidance process for us to use in our creative lives - I hope making your videos brings you clarity, enjoyment and fun as you mold your thoughts into a visual & audio narrative of beauty, cohesion and meaning that guides us as we navigate the thoughts, difficulties and results of our own journey to greater inner-self knowledge. The water and stones are beautiful, too, to see!
Admittance is the first step to recovery (I believe that can be said for any situation in life) and so is acknowledgement to be able to change, too. We see ourselves only at times how we think others want to see us but deep down inside we must find our true self and then change for nobody but for yourself. Finding out who we really are helps us on the journey called life, it can apply to part of it but also can be utilized for other situations and needs. I thank you for speaking openly about this, guiding, advising from your point of view and from what you have read, experienced. I had more in mind as I initially watched it but didn't have a chance to write it down but that can be amended again when it comes back, right? :)
Love this video. "What's personal is usually universal".
Thank you! 🥰
