Personally, I have my doubts that it was primarily for Sarah's money. After watching a few crime stories involving "best friends" it seems more like these are monsters who have some other motives for doing this and it seems like rejection, plays a big role in these horrible stories. If it was just the money, he could have just stolen the money from her and been done with it.

In this case yes but they are ableists. One person who was blind and had a guide dog got denied 11 times. Don’t quote me on this I don’t remember the exact wording but Uber was basically telling drivers not to let people with dogs in their cars. They’ve gotten better but it’s still not great.
Not ppl using bad experience with a company to not give full props to the person who reported the car on a hunch that led police to the crime. If a McDonalds worker would have driven by would yall be like "yeah but the mcdonalds by my house never gives me my nuggie sauce"?
People laugh when they are nervous or uncomfortable with subject matter. It is not that they find it funny it is literally the brain's way to cope with darkness. Bailey deals with a lot of darkness for her content. She should never be shamed for it. I see so many people calling her out and there is no reason to it's a normal human response. it breaks my heart to think of how betrayed Sarah must have felt. I also think that what Anthony did was incredibly brave. Because of him, Sarah got the justice she deserves.
Her family doesn’t have complete closure. Every time you pass over the bridge in Belmar, her picture is still there. Her body has never been found nor the remains, so her grave lay empty. Truly a shame.
This happened in my town. Its is so shocking and heartbreaking. Hey family has a picture and memorial for her on the bridge. I go by it everyday and they always change it up and today it was decorated for Christmas. So sad RIP Sarah.

I don’t understand what is wrong with these mothers? I know you can’t hate your child but how can you not held accountable your child for their horrific actions!! As a mum myself, I don't know what I'd do. I'd definitely find it hard to accept my own son could do something like that. It's easy to be in denial when it comes to your own child. So sry hope she's doing well my husband's grandfather started with dementia then became full blown Alzheimer's 😢 I also have done cna in home care work and had more than one client with this terrible disease 😢 besides cancer (in My personal opinion) its the worst thing to watch 😢 esp with a loved one losing ur memory and who u are is heartbreaking and i pray one day they find a cure ♥️ I pray ur grandmother is living her best life (one of my clients had medicated memory patches we would put on his shoulder after a shower ect to prolong his memory loss seemed to work for a while!) Sarah was a big member in the tumblr fan group I was in. I remember when she stopped posting and that wasn’t like her to go silent just like that so everyone was very concerned. We were all absolutely gutted when word got out about what happened. I’m still so angry because she was such a wonderful person that didn’t deserve anything that happened to her.

Anthony is fantastic. That had to have been SO scary and horrible but he did great. Sarah's case could very likely not have been solved had Anthony not done what he did. This happened in my town and I knew all the kids involved in it, Preston dated my best friends sister a few years prior and Liam used to hang around when we were in big groups so I spent a lot of time around them. The reason they moved the body to the bushes is because they had to leave the house (for work) and they didn't want the grandma or another family member coming to the house while they were gone and finding Sarah's body. The whole story was heartbreaking for the community, Sarah deserved so much better. Rest In Peace.
Same.I always drilled it into my kids if you break the law make sure I never find out because no matter how much I love them I will turn them in. I will be there for them through everything but do not condone breaking the law. I have really great kids who are now adults and have children of their own and neither have ever been in any trouble in their lives.

Sarah’s case would’ve became cold if Anthony didn’t speak up, thats what a real man do. It’s sad to think a really kind person’s life would be taken in the hands of her best friend, out of jealousy and greed. That’s a really sad story and I hope her family finds happiness, and I hope the boys will learn a life lesson that they should’ve known in the first place.

It upsets me that she has to clarify why she's laughing. Humor as a coping mechanism is perfectly acceptable. We know the situation is sad, I don't believe she needs to justify her coping mechanism

My stepmother is a nervous laugher. If you hurt yourself she has to leave before she laughs. My dad shocked himself really bad on our fuse box one time and she just cracked up laughing and left.

I’m a nervous laugher as well so I totally get it, my parents said even as a small child when they told us our favorite dog died I started hysterically laughing, needless to say they thought I was a lunatic but then I went into a form of shock I think since it was my first death and just started bawling I was all over the place. I genuinely think parents forget that their child is an ENTIRELY different person outside of the house/family. Like parents really DO NOT know they’re children like they want to believe. I remember praying for her safety and return. Then at the end of one of their videos they had a moment of silence, showed her art and a message about her. Its odd, you don't have to talk to a person or meet them or even really know them but social media brings people closer. Especially when you're in the same fan group, like losing a friend almost.

Yo, this was so so scary. Sometimes the most gruesome stories aren't the ones that shake me to my core, it's the super interpersonal ones. They had known each other since they were SIX! This poor girl suffered a huge loss just to get killed over some money she inherited from her DEAD mother...
Bailey thank you for posting about my friend. She wasn’t a best friend or anything but I used to wait on her a lot at a restaurant I used to work at about a year before her passing. The entire county was shocked and upset by this. She was such a nice person and incredibly personable. She is so missed here in Nj.
I went to high school with her. Did you go to Neptune too? I never knew her well but my brother was friends with her. She was such a sweetheart. I remember Liam and Preston were popular. Liam did the morning news with his twin Seamus. It gives me chills seeing what people can do, especially when it’s in your own town.

@Julien Cloud I’m from pretty nearby to Neptune/Neptune City, so I’m pretty pleasantly surprised to see this covered on someone with such a large platform’s channel, since I’m sure that it will gain a lot of positive rememberances of Sarah, and some sort of a consolation and vindication for her father, I hope, since it deserves to be known to more people around the world not only what happened to his daughter, but also what a great person she was. Although I did not by any means know Sarah personally, I’m in the same age group, though, I’m 24, so that was one of the reasons this case really came as a shock for me, when I first heard it, and it quite literally hits close to home. Very, very, sad, though.
Honestly this is so sick... (anytime someone dies it's tragic obviously) but when you're killed by a stranger, a distance acquaintance, or an enemy it's like ok this is a psychopath... but this girl thought these were her BEST FRIENDS, she even went to prom with one of them. So she was completely blindsided and probably was so stunned,shocked, and hurt so didn't know how to respond. The betrayal is crazy and makes me feel like I should look at all my friends sideways... All over money, so these guys never cared about her, they were never her friends. Because if you truly care about someone there's no way you can strangle them to death and watch the life leave their body. If you truly care about someone there's no way you could go through with it. He didn't even give it any thought after, that's cold.
The difference between Bailey and other vloggers is that when she says she appreciates me, I believe her Why? I don't know but my gut has some suspish that our girl is hella genuine and deserves every measure of success. We learned in a paper on social media and the theory of social capital that people like Bailey have a knack for "closeness" meaning that the audience feels a real sense of connection despite a screen being between us and this, creates a big supportive community who continually seek content not just for entertainment but for connection. Bailey is the first experience I've had with the concept of closeness and social media. Bailey, you're the perfect example of personality, professionalism and interpersonal skills expressed over the screen and I'm so here for it.

In this case yes but they are ableists. One person who was blind and had a guide dog got denied 11 times. Don’t quote me on this I don’t remember the exact wording but Uber was basically telling drivers not to let people with dogs in their cars. They’ve gotten better but it’s still not great.

People laugh when they are nervous or uncomfortable with subject matter. It is not that they find it funny it is literally the brain's way to cope with darkness. Bailey deals with a lot of darkness for her content. She should never be shamed for it. I see so many people calling her out and there is no reason to it's a normal human response. Her family doesn’t have complete closure. Every time you pass over the bridge in Belmar, her picture is still there. Her body has never been found nor the remains, so her grave lay empty. Truly a shame.

This happened in my town. Its is so shocking and heartbreaking. Hey family has a picture and memorial for her on the bridge. I go by it everyday and they always change it up and today it was decorated for Christmas. So sad RIP Sarah.

Sarah was a big member in the tumblr fan group I was in. I remember when she stopped posting and that wasn’t like her to go silent just like that so everyone was very concerned. We were all absolutely gutted when word got out about what happened. I’m still so angry because she was such a wonderful person that didn’t deserve anything that happened to her.

Anthony is fantastic. That had to have been SO scary and horrible but he did great. Sarah's case could very likely not have been solved had Anthony not done what he did. I'm glad that her loved ones don't have to just wonder what happened to her any longer, but I really wish they were able to bury that poor girl.

This happened in my town and I knew all the kids involved in it, Preston dated my best friends sister a few years prior and Liam used to hang around when we were in big groups so I spent a lot of time around them. The reason they moved the body to the bushes is because they had to leave the house (for work) and they didn't want the grandma or another family member coming to the house while they were gone and finding Sarah's body. The whole story was heartbreaking for the community, Sarah deserved so much better. Rest In Peace.

Sarah’s case would’ve became cold if Anthony didn’t speak up, thats what a real man do. It’s sad to think a really kind person’s life would be taken in the hands of her best friend, out of jealousy and greed. That’s a really sad story and I hope her family finds happiness, and I hope the boys will learn a life lesson that they should’ve known in the first place.

My stepmother is a nervous laugher. If you hurt yourself she has to leave before she laughs. My dad shocked himself really bad on our fuse box one time and she just cracked up laughing and left.

This broke the hearts of all in our community. Sarah is still mourned, and our hearts go out to Mr. Stern, her dad. Gratitude to A.C. for his courage--he helped the investigation immensely.

Bailey thank you for posting about my friend. She wasn’t a best friend or anything but I used to wait on her a lot at a restaurant I used to work at about a year before her passing. The entire county was shocked and upset by this. She was such a nice person and incredibly personable. She is so missed here in Nj.

I went to high school with her. Did you go to Neptune too? I never knew her well but my brother was friends with her. She was such a sweetheart. I remember Liam and Preston were popular. Liam did the morning news with his twin Seamus. It gives me chills seeing what people can do, especially when it’s in your own town.

Im from here and when i tell u her fathrr is broken, i mean he is broken.....he loved her so much and this broke his heart ....he is like catatonic....like a zombie...he litrrally lost his will to live....she was his everything.....so sad to see

@Julien Cloud I’m from pretty nearby to Neptune/Neptune City, so I’m pretty pleasantly surprised to see this covered on someone with such a large platform’s channel, since I’m sure that it will gain a lot of positive rememberances of Sarah, and some sort of a consolation and vindication for her father, I hope, since it deserves to be known to more people around the world not only what happened to his daughter, but also what a great person she was. Although I did not by any means know Sarah personally, I’m in the same age group, though, I’m 24, so that was one of the reasons this case really came as a shock for me, when I first heard it, and it quite literally hits close to home. Very, very, sad, though.
I'm so sorry for your loss, I can't imagine how you must feel having gone to school with her and had mutual friends. So sad.
Honestly this is so sick... (anytime someone dies it's tragic obviously) but when you're killed by a stranger, a distance acquaintance, or an enemy it's like ok this is a psychopath... but this girl thought these were her BEST FRIENDS, she even went to prom with one of them. So she was completely blindsided and probably was so stunned,shocked, and hurt so didn't know how to respond. The betrayal is crazy and makes me feel like I should look at all my friends sideways...
All over money, so these guys never cared about her, they were never her friends. Because if you truly care about someone there's no way you can strangle them to death and watch the life leave their body. If you truly care about someone there's no way you could go through with it. He didn't even give it any thought after, that's cold.

Why? I don't know but my gut has some suspish that our girl is hella genuine and deserves every measure of success. We learned in a paper on social media and the theory of social capital that people like Bailey have a knack for "closeness" meaning that the audience feels a real sense of connection despite a screen being between us and this, creates a big supportive community who continually seek content not just for entertainment but for connection. Bailey is the first experience I've had with the concept of closeness and social media. Bailey, you're the perfect example of personality, professionalism and interpersonal skills expressed over the screen and I'm so here for it.
