- Uncharted 4 is out on the PS4 - there's more than a few Easter Eggs and secrets. Here's 10 of the best ones we've found while exploring the game!

It's not really an Easter Egg.. but when Nate has the lemur on his shoulder, he tells Sully that he wonders if Elena will let him have one back home, and then Sully says that he'll buy him a dog instead. Nate then responds that if Sully does get him a dog, he'll call him ''Victor''. In the epilogue, Cassie's dog is named Vicky :)

In the Epilogue, I think you come across a poster/flier with Nate's and Elena's business and it said Lemur Company or something along those lines. I thought it was a nice touch

Playing that crash Bandicoot level, I realised that Naughty Dog implemented that same scene where u run towards the camera in all the other Uncharted games which is really cool.

I dont think it should count as an easter egg just like making different numbers for each strange treasure

you have to remember that they count anything that can POTENTIALLY be missed, while the lemur might be easy to find, it is still optional and can be skipped on accident.

Two Indiana Jones ones I found: When you first fight Nadine and she asks about the artifact if you choose "It's not yours" Nate will say "they're all stolen, they belong in a museum!" which of course Indy always said. Later when searching tombstones, dates don't match up. Nate says "Bad dates" and Sam chuckles. A reference to the scene where Indy almost eats a poison Date.

When I was playing uncharted 4 I heard one of the characters say bad dates and I immediately could tell the Indiana jones reference
I thought I was the only person who noticed the Bad Dates reference haha but I'm surprised I didn't even notice the "They belong in a Museum" one
Theres also one in the mansion where they reference a ming dynasty pot that might be fake. A nod to Last Crusade
Finally, someone that doesn't consider the Crash Bandicoot cutscene to be an easter egg

Finally someone who doesn't consider that Crash Bandicoot homage an Easter Egg. People forget that Easter Eggs are supposed to be something that can be missed and don't impact the story. If you need to do something or its unavoidably then it's not an Easter Egg.

+Mr Memez It's not an easter egg. Whole point of an easter egg is that it's supposed to be hidden, something that takes some effort to find or something to accidentally run into. The Bandicoot game is something you are forced into playing to advance the cutscene. Use your head dumb ass.
There's another Easter Egg in Multiplayer Mode. You have to look for Outfits for Sully. One is called "scientist". And then he looks like Walter White from Breaking Bad

There's another one you didn't mention in Cassie's room. The poster right next to The Last Of Us one is a poster for "Savage Starlight 2" The sequel to the cliffhanging comic that Ellie had been reading in The Last Of Us.

There's a hidden trophy called "I Can See My House From Here!" which you get when you climb the very top of the clock tower, and Nathan exclaims that when you get it. This is a throwback nod to Uncharted 2 in which early in the game you're climbing about the museum to steal a lamp with supposed ally Harry Flynn. When you reach a high rooftop, Flynn jokes he can see Nate's house from up there.
Thief Vision. Obvious nod to Assassin's Creed's Eagle Vision
I was thinking of Batman Arkham Catwoman thief mode.

There's an Easter egg in the mission, hidden in plain sight. The part where Drake and sully are being chased... The license plate on the back of the Jeep spells Elena. But it's upside down. The license plate says VN373. The only thing is that there's like a slash going through the V. But yeah, it's spells Elena if you flip it.

You missed one. If you take an alternate route when you find the shoreline trucks in chapter 10 you can find a well and Sam says: well well well then Nate says: hey sully he stole your joke

+Julian Davis it wouldn't be because that means he would be under 30. In uncharted 3 I'd say he's either mid or late 20s maybe even early 30s. Then it says 15 years later so he's in his 40s? So it wouldn't make sense (this isn't confirmed, just what I've put together)
+Defuzzler That's very true what you said and Nathan Drake in the epilogue of the game (if you haven't got up to there, sorry for the spoiler) looks like he is in his 50s (possibly around mid to late 50s to be more specific) as his hair as you can see has gotten a bit greyer. You should be able to find out Nathan's age too by judging that his daughter Cassidy is around 16-17 years old, so just take that off from around 54 or 55 years old and you should then get Nathan Drake's age in Uncharted 4 before the flash-forward (would you call it that?) Sorry, if this might not make sense I'm very sick still from a virus at the time of typing this comment.

This was the very first game I've have played on the PlayStation 4, December 2017, coming from the PS3, I was absolutely amazed by the visuals, to this day I haven't seen a more visually impressive game yet. Unforgettable experience.
Check out Ghost of Tsushima. It has amazing graphics & a great story.
I'm not a guy to replay a game right after completing it, but for Naughty Dog to add the feature of changing the look of Nathan (even the older version of him in the epilogue) and different render modes to choose from, I think I'll be in my seat for the next few days.
I think it looks really cool Cel Shaded. I might replay the entire game like that.
Sucks that uncharted is over but it was the best gaming stories I have ever had the pleasure of playing through. Amazing jokes, amazing storylines, amazing everything.
plus "crushing mode" gonna be a whole new experience.

In the beginning of the game with the boats appearing with people shooting at you is a reference to the first fight in uncharted drakes fortune.

There are a lot of similarities in Uncharted 4 to the previous games but so do the previous games have similarities to each other, for example in all 2,3 and 4 there is a "jumping from truck to truck" scene. That's almost like saying that Drake climbing on a breaking structure is a reference
+Nez You don't really get it. In the beginning how the boats just slowly stop by your boat for people to shoot at you feels very un-natural on its own. I think you would get it if you played both games recently.
I get stuck with nostalgia when I see Crash Bandicoot references because Crash Bandicoot on play station is the first game I'm ever played.
out of all of the ps1 games, crash bandicoot warped had the best graphics tbh and that was my very first video game

there was another easter egg that isn't super cool, but is easily missed and that is in the chapter where you go with Sam to the house to steal their moms stuff back from the guy they talk about in the beginning of the game, in the mansion there is a pill bottle with the pharmacy name "Weston's" now in maughtydogs Last of Us dlc for the girl inside the mall is a pharmacy shop named Weston's. I only noticed becuase it is my last name haha

One of my fave part is when Sam made a joke to the well, saying "Well well well." Definitely a nod to Sully's same joke in Uncharted 3. :)

Uncharted 4 is a masterpiece.
In Chapter 12 inside the sunken ship, there is a skeleton with coral growing out of his face. This is most likely a reference to a Clicker from The Last of Us.
I really love that one of Nate's lines is "when this is over I'm gonna get a dog" and in the epilogue at the end of the game he has a dog

Just finished playing this on the 5 and it was incredible. I’ve beaten it a couple times and for me it’s just one of those games that are good to come back to and don’t really get old.
I actually played the PS4 version, without realising there was a PS5 edition. I might just buy that one for the sake of experiencing it like I should. The pirates stories are really incredibly well thought out. The berayal of all of them while being in their 'pirate paradise' is close to heartbreaking.
Does anyone else not know what to do with themselves after finishing UC4? Ever since then I've been feeling sadness knowing there won't be another Uncharted game. But besides that, you gotta love those strange relics. It's funny because the only one out of the three to appear in previous Uncharted games is the Precursor Orb, despite Crash Bandicoot having been out earlier. Now we have all three!
The Monkey Island easter eggs were pure gold. Well done ND, fans of those classic Lucas Arts adventures :)

The Westons Pharmacy Easter Egg in The Brothers Drake chapter is still my favorite. I recognized it right away.

That cistern comment also references back to Uncharted 3. The central cistern in Ubar where the vessel containing the spirits of the Djinn was.
Very well done video! Treasure hunting is always my favorite part of the Uncharted games.
Also, one of the chapter names was Lights Out (a level name from crash bandicoot)

I feel like the DLC might take place in Brazil, with Sam and Sully (just a theory, of course). Throughout the game, it's mentioned at least twice. First, when Sam and Sully talk while you leave the car in Madagascar: Sully talks about a woman that he hasn't seen in a while and that left for Brazil. And second, when Nate and Sam are young and Nate spins the globe, Brazil ends up being the final "random" country when he puts down his finger, to which they exchange a short conversation. I dunno, it's a thought

Yeah and also at the end of the game Sully and Sam are talking about a job and Sully asks Sam if he knows anybody that speaks Portuguese so yeah I'm 100% the DLC will be in Brazil and that you'll play as Sam accompanied by Sully

Really, lol. I'm sure they just changed that because the question would sound redundant if they'd been speaking Portuguese throughout the whole game. It's funny they say French though, since they are already in a French-speaking country (Madagascar)

At the end in the dual between Nate and Rafe, when Rafe asks if Nate knows how to swordfight, he replies with "Stick em with the pointy end" which is a Game of Thrones refrence :)
You missed The Lion King's Pride Rock in Madagascar. Heck even my 9 year old niece was able to identify the rock formation in the mountains of Madagascar.
So it was Pride Rock! I was like "this is some lion king shit" and the preceded to sing circle of life lol

I'm surprised he didn't do the 2 Indiana Jones easter eggs in the game. The first one is the most obvious and it's a fedora which is hanging in the attic of Nate's house. The second one is in the Scotland level in the graveyard. If you pick a tombstone with the wrong dates on it but the right swords Nathan will say "Bad Dates" and Sam will laugh this line of course is from Raiders of the Lost Ark. I also felt the lemur was an Indy easter egg since in Raiders, Marion has a monkey that hangs on her shoulder for a little bit before jumping off and running away.
+Malcolm Reynolds I loved the Bad Dates comment. It flashed me right back to the movie. I thought it was a nice nod to a huge influence on this universe. I missed the fedora though. Nice pick up.
The fedora is not from Uncharted 2. I just beat Uncharted 2 again last night and at no point does he give you a fedora (unless it's a secret area i'm missing and I've walked the entire village and listened to every convo Nate has with the Nepalese). The only hat it could possibly be would be Tenzin's hat but unlike the other items in the attic he never gives Nate his hat. He gives Nate the jacket but not the hat. Sorry bro but you're wrong.
the one I found hilarious was when he was fighting Nadine one of the smart dialogues you can say is," Every artifact is stolen. They belong in a museum." which is a tribute to what Indiana Jones would say in the Last Crusade

I so loved seeing those strange relics, if ever there's an uncharted 5 (there won't be, that was the best ending ever, it was a true happy ending), then cassie should be looking at nates old treasures and notice the precursor orbs and ask nate about them, thus leading to some awesome adventure

With the money I saved over these past months I could have bought a ps4 along with uncharted 4. But I went ahead and upgraded my pc instead. My only regret is that I won't be playing this game for a very very long time.
