When Nate and Chloe use the crosses, an arrow shoots the book an saves Sully, that's obviously an Easter egg from Uncharted 1, when Gabriel Roman shoot Sullivan on the chest
How did they miss the fact that in the end credit scene, Nate is wearing the red and white baseball tee while Sully is wearing the green button down shirt which is EXACTLY what they were each wearing in Uncharted 3 when they first met? Come one man, huge nod to the game right there

I actually really enjoyed the movie! Obviously, being based on a videogame you have to suspend disbelief with some of the stunts, but that's what makes it fun to watch. It felt like another game in the series just with all cut scenes lol
I feel like the gold also contains references to the games. For example, the shield that Nate wields to protect himself against bullets looks like symbols that can be seen in the first uncharted (as a reference to the legend of El Dorado) and the piece of gold that Sully holds for a brief moment looks like the guardians of Shambhala encountered in the second game. :)
I feel like Wahlberg wasn't fully a representation of Sully until the end because they wanted him to also portray some of Sam's character throughout the film, like a hybrid of Sam and Sully since Sam wasn't in it. This is also supported by Sully wearing the red waiter uniform at the auction.

You missed “Kitty Got Wet”, the name of the bar where Drake works. Which is Nolan North’s ad libbed phrase that he says when he takes out an enemy in Uncharted 2… I’m one of those obsessed guys sorry
Did you guys intentionally miss the introduction of Elena in the Uncharted Movie?!?! Remember the bracelet Nathan took from the young “lady” in the bar?
I think the game cutscenes and story are more enjoyable, but the movie was actually quite fun to watch. You have to consider that the game was basically a cinematic movie. One thing I didn't realize was that Peter North voiced Nathan Drake and I didn't know that was why he said what he did in the movie. He doesn't look anything very much like the Nathan Drake depicted in the video game. The CGI Nathan Drake was kind of a combination of childish kid and tough guy at the same time. Very much like Harrison Ford's Indiana Jones. The voice fits the character though. I don't think Tom Holland really looks like the CGI character either, but he did a good job. If I had to choose I'd rather watch the cinematics from the video games. I would have rather had them follow the video games and start with the first video game and continue on. The way they started pretty much erases the first two movies. If they follow this series of events he doesn't even meet Victor until the third movie. I also don't understand why they cut Elena Fisher out of the game. Was she to stereotypical a woman for the modern age or was she not enough for a modern day stereotypical woman?
At best, this film was meh. Drake didn’t even shoot anybody in the movie. Chole got kicked to the curb in the final act because the writers had no idea what to do with the character. Scenes where Drake states he’s no longer working with Sully only to turn around and work with him the very next scene was a giant waste of time. The Papa John's fight scene was bad. Not because the choreography was bad, but because of how bad Sony whored themselves out to sell some pizza. Antonio Banderas’ character was unceremoniously killed off by a mercenary whose motivation was… “I just want money.” My expectations for this movie were low the moment Sony cast Holland and Wahlberg. Sadly, my expectations were met.
I actually enjoyed the movie for what it was. I didnt play all the uncharted games but I enjoyed the ones i did play. I think the movie was pretty decent for a video game adaptation. However, watching the 2018 Fan Movie that's on UA-cam there's no comparison. The fan flick on UA-cam is WAY better and captures the uncharted feel much better than the Sony movie. I think one of the main things is that Fillion should of been Drake over Tom. I love Tom and he did pretty well...but I just wasnt fully sold on him as the main character.
Ngl at first when i saw Elena wasn't in it? I was actually not planning on seeing it, but i watched it an it wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. Im thinking that they are kinda starting the story a little bit earlier back, like in the first game we get to meet Elena first but in the movie they are introducing sully an Nate first and showing how they became such good pals. I think the thing that made the movie for me was seeing Nolan Ryan in the movie on th beach chair. Tho I do have to say I like that they took some scenes from the actual game and put it in the movie
My wife was like “wow this is so cool!” I’m like hun I’m 110% sure us uncharted players hate this crap lol she’s like “no way? But it was fun!” Now I’m gona make her play the 4 games so she experiences what fun is 😂

Robbie Amell who plays a different Nathan in the TV show upload would of been a better casting than Holland. Looks more like the video game character and sounds like him to. They needed more of the humor from the game. Movie was good but could of been better. Hopefully on the second movie they will introduce Elena.
I'm really hoping there's going to be a next Uncharted 2 where Nathan Drake meets his brother in prison and they both escaped from the prison like the Uncharted Thief End
I liked the movie a lot but I wish they based off the game more, such as the auction. Annoyed me alot how the villain wasn’t really iconic as Rafe was incredibly iconic.
As much as I tried, Holland didn't feel like Drake, Walburg didn't feel like Sully. Maybe they should have just called it something other than Uncharted.

You missed “Kitty Got Wet”, the name of the bar where Drake works. Which is Nolan North’s ad libbed phrase that he says when he takes out an enemy in Uncharted 2…
I’m one of those obsessed guys sorry
in TLOU tv show, don’t make it to where some freak kills off Joel, he was a great guy💪🏻
yeah, okay. Guess TLOU2 just doesn't happen then :D
I think it would be cool to add Hannah k in it somehow, I don’t know who she would be but she would add a nice touch to the film. :)
I was always wondering what the reference to the second game was. Now I know.
Did you guys intentionally miss the introduction of Elena in the Uncharted Movie?!?! Remember the bracelet Nathan took from the young “lady” in the bar?
was that confirmed to be elena? or are we just assuming so because she’s blonde 😭 she didn’t seem like elena at all personality wise
Loved the game series and loved the movie 🍿🎥
I saw the naughty dog logo when I first saw the movie in theatres
Marky Mark never got that mustache tho..
Never mind i just heard it was in the post credits 😁
I had the same experience as you bro :(
I actually enjoyed the movie for what it was.
Tom Holland's Nathan Drake is like Spiderman and Jackie Chan rolled into one.
My wife was like “wow this is so cool!” I’m like hun I’m 110% sure us uncharted players hate this crap lol she’s like “no way? But it was fun!” Now I’m gona make her play the 4 games so she experiences what fun is 😂
"us" uncharted players? Speak for yourself. I loved this movie!
@@notcontentwithlosing 😂😂😂
I think its pretty good
LOL I caught all of these Easter eggs in the theater and I expected the entire theater to react the way I did but sadly I was just being extremely loud every time I caught one, fun fact my wife had told me on the way to the theater to not talk throughout the entire movie bc I will scream out things I spot out
Robbie Amell who plays a different Nathan in the TV show upload would of been a better casting than Holland. Looks more like the video game character and sounds like him to. They needed more of the humor from the game. Movie was good but could of been better. Hopefully on the second movie they will introduce Elena.
would’ve been nice to have had a ‘tomb raider’ reference … 😔
that dude of the add of stream yard you can tell really dont know what his saying XDXDXD i lost it at user interface XDXDXD
I like vids like this
Richthofen is Nathan Drake wow mind blowing lol
Are they making another uncharted movie? If so are the casting someone older and better suited for the role of Nate?
4:25 elderly pot heads , why did it have to be elderly pot heads
Did no one else notice how he picked up the gun at the end was like the animation in the game ?
I'm really hoping there's going to be a next Uncharted 2 where Nathan Drake meets his brother in prison and they both escaped from the prison like the Uncharted Thief End
I liked the movie a lot but I wish they based off the game more, such as the auction. Annoyed me alot how the villain wasn’t really iconic as Rafe was incredibly iconic.
You missed drake wore his blue shirt from uncharted 4 in the same style as the game
As much as I tried, Holland didn't feel like Drake, Walburg didn't feel like Sully. Maybe they should have just called it something other than Uncharted.
its a 2hr long movie and yet it still feels like the story is fast phased
It's rare for Hollywood to make wise casting decisions.
Chris Pratt would've been picture-perfect as Nathan Drake, but instead he voices Mario.
Add to this, I'm pretty sure when they show Sam in prison his cellmate is the butcher of Panama just like in the games.
8:13 that dude looks more like Raul Menendez or whatever is his name
The game logo was in the on his treasure box in the film
I stick to the games I people said it had the same feel of the games tom Holland for me didn't win me over as Nathan Drake and Mark as sully.
The movie is gona turn into a Trilogy i predict sonya gona keep this Chop and Splice method with the next 2 movies
I have a good feeling about this
How bout the avengers reference when Nate gave Sully the smaller sword/dagger
