Trash to Treasure Furniture Makeover and Tips on blending Country Chic Paint

- Today I am working on a trash to treasure furniture makeover. I found this piece on the side of the road waiting to be rescued. After a thorough inspection I took it home to flip. I blended country chic paint and gave the top a wash then added Beautiful gold accents Using Posh Chalk Pigments. I even swapped out the outdated appliqué four a beautiful WoodUBend.

Magnificent job!!!! This antique princess just had the precious memory of my canopy bed and these very same pieces!! A surprise waiting in my bedroom when I got home from school on my 13th birthday! 1970! I will never forget that day! Aside from your beautiful pieces you create, the soft music in the background make you videos very soothing to watch.
I love this blend so much. It is so elegant and feminine---almost ethereal. The wash on the top goes so well with the blend. And that pale gold is just the icing on the cake 🌟
That little chest came a long way. It is so pretty now. When you painted the gold on it, that's when it seemed to come to life. Great job! 🙂👍
I had this very dresser when I was little. I actually had the whole set: canopy bed, dresser, desk, and nightstand. Mine was white with gold trim, very similar to how you painted it but without the pink. This brought back some fond memories.

May I make a suggestion? When you stir your gold, or silver, please don’t stir with your brush. Use a popsicle stick or the opposite end of the brush, then wipe on rag. Metallic paints are very hard to get out of brushes once it dries. Especially in the feral.

I love your tutorials. Flipping furniture has come a long ways from when I did it 15 yrs ago. Life happened and I got away from it. I don't know where to start now. So many paint companies and waxes and brushes and products. Help. Do you you have a tutorial for a "newbie" like me? Thanks
One question I have is about your drawer runner. I see that it is worn in the front and wondering if you sell it like that. I just sold a dresser that had the same issue and I didn't replace it. I don't even know where to buy them. My dresser sold for $400 and it was particle board so feeling a little guilty. The drawer worked fine just curious what you do. Thanks
