When i see you start out with your brushes on this furniture peaces i hold my breath, and think oh my please. Then with your skillful hand and brush at the end. WOW. What an exciting finish. 🙌🎓

That turned out quite beautiful!!!! I was trying to do something else while just watching u(no sound), when I saw the primer spray going ( which I didn’t realize it was primer), I was like OmG she s having to use a fire extinguisher on that lovely piece, WTH? 😳 So once again I realized I can NOT multitask. So much can happen in literally seconds that can be mistaken! 😉 U did an extremely awesome job!!!

I'm glad you're happy.about your remake. You should keep it for your daughter, she can treasure it for many years as a gift from her mom. You have good technique with that light shading thing you do. I'm glad you took the drawers out to paint them individually, many people do not.
I, myself, liked the original piece as it was. I didn't see any flaws you needed to repair. It just needed cleaning and waxing. I'm sorry, but it's sad to see someone paint over a beautiful piece of undamaged furniture.
If I HAD to paint over a nice piece of furniture like that, I would have chosen a buff color. And I would have pinstriped it with a lighter cream or gold. But that's just my thoughts and taste. You have your own!
The beauty of repainting a project yourself is, you can do it the way YOU like it. It's about your own personal taste. And you were very happy and proud of your end results. Good job! 😄😄
I wish UA-camrs would tell us how long their work took. It helps us appreciate the job even more. How many hours did you put into it? Were you able to sell it at a price that recovered your costs of labor and materials, and make profit?
