I want to give a huge THANK YOU to you for reviewing the Cosori model per my request. You are SOOO KIND in honoring my request and went out of your way to have it sent to Canada. You are my hero!!! And all the products you review are always so thorough and informative. A million thanks to you. Now I can make an educated and informative decision as to which model to purchase. With much gratitude! 👍👍👏👏🥰🥰💯💯
TIP: When adding cheese, when the food item is almost done to your liking, turn device power off, place cheese on top, close lid. Allow residual heat to melt cheese. No risk of cheese flying.
I really appreciate how thorough your reviews are! This machine really feels like a copy of the Ninja grill with some nice added features. I'm with you on the fries and the wings. Crispy is better.
Amazing comment !! Made my day. Thanks so much for the feedback. And yes, we were very impressed with this new product. Crispy fries all the way. !!! Marc
I just bought the Cosori aeroblaze over the ninja for the fact that cosori has a heat that goes to 510° i grill my steaks on this temp to get a nice sear and grill marks for medium rare perfect steak Everytime. Did the wings in the app left drippings at bottom of pan and the sugars got burnt at bottom but the clean up was super easy. I bought the parchment paper that goes at the bottom of the pan and that makes everything even easier. I love my cosori you just need to cook at temps and time for your liking the book is always suggested cooking information.
The ninja had smoke cuz yall cooked so much more before the burgers in comparison to the cosori 😂. Great video, i think all appliances should have an app for recipes at this point for sure!
Just stumbled upon your channel looking for a Ninja Foodi review, think I got stuck here :D Really appreciate the honesty on reviews, that's very rare. Plus you're the type of guy instantly gaining sympathy of audience. Keep up the good content! Cheers
Thank you for your video. I also live in Canada. I do not have an island in my kitchen and all spaces have upper cabinets. How much space is needed to open the lid?... Could this be used on a countertop with upper cabinets that are 17.5 inches above? I presently have a Cosori Air Fryer and use it three times a day for over one and a half years now. I love it, but the grill is perhaps more versatile I think. I want to use it for steaks primarily and want a good crispy sear on them.
Have you tried the new Ninja grill/griddle (Ninja Smart XL Grill/Griddle with probe--IG651)? *Finally* someone makes one that can be used OPEN and I know you've commented on you wish that was the case for several of the previous reviewed ones. That opens up a whole new world of breakfast food like eggs bacon and pancakes, so curious what you think of that model as I look for a replacement for my old original eight quart (round) Foodi that's slowly dying. My main cook is roasting/grilling chicken quarters intertwined together in a "yin-yang" pattern, with the best (and safest) cook and the least food splatter to clean up...the 8-quart pot of the Foodi really helps with the latter issue.
I bet when they made that cookbook they only put like 8 wings in there at a time. That being said, most things I make I do the trial and error method like you did with the wings and just add more time.
American here, when I watch the chef’s on tv their burgers are cooked medium, in reality everyone I know cook’s theirs all the way through like you do.
Great video! I am trying to decide whether I wanted The cosori versus the ninja. Can you cook a whole chicken in that is the basket deep enough? Thank you!
Have you done a whole chicken in the Cosori and if so how did it turn out? I don't see a whole chicken working out in the Instapot because of the venting in the middle.
Which one should I get the ninja club fg551 or this one class? Please I need help my mom has the Ninja fg551 xl and we love it lol but I wanna see if this one’s worth it tho? O:
Great review, thank you for posting! I really enjoy this indoor grill, except for two things. First is cleaning the grill plate it is a pain and hard to clean. Have to use a toothbrush to get the stuck stuff off. Second is the shake feature, the beep is so faint that you can barely hear it. Other than that it is a great grill and don't regret my purchase. Happy Cooking! :)
@@TheLastGenMine does occasionally with light steam coming out the front and when you lift the lid there is mild condensation on the lid edge. No smoke. Lid does have a little shift from side to side, but holds well when down. Enjoy! :)
Hi I'm thinking about getting this one or the Ninja Foodi indoor Grill and Air fryer. Ag301. I was wondering which one of the these you would prefer? Cosori Aeroblaze or the Ninja? Could you do a comparison between the two? Thank you!
@@TheAverageKitchen Thank you! Also have you used liquid smoke before? And which brand and flavor would you recommend for Chicken? Hickory, Mesquite or Applewood?
Hey. Thanks for the comment. Both can be a bit of a pain to get into the grooves of the grill to clean. All dependant of what you cooked. We just shot a video on the brand new Instapot indoor grill, the video hasn’t been released yet. But I was extremely impressed with it. More so then the other grills we’ve reviewed. Stay tuned for that video ! Marc
Yes that's valuable to know to cook the fries the correct amount. However, adding the preheat time is useful because that is included in the total cook time. - J
Hi there, Thank you for your video. I just got my Aeroblaze and when I 'air grill' broccoli on medium, steam comes out all sides. The lid also feels loose and shifts side to side like it needs to be tightened. Does this happen for you or anyone here? Reminds me of an instant pot. My regular air fryer never did this. The food cooked great though... so not sure if it matters... But I hear the Ninja doesn't do this. Wonder if that's true? Also really strange that the Aeroblaze needs a cartridge filter replacement every 6 months and the Ninja does not. I don't understand why they couldn't make it without one if Ninja can.
Yes, this normal as far as steam coming out of the sides. The steam has to go somewhere...where else is it supposed to go? It's going to slowly and gradually seep out any crevice or any lining ...in this case it seeps out the lining between the top of the grill lid and the body.

Great tip, but we wanted to follow the book / directions. I agree that would be a better technique. Thanks for watching. Marc.
I would like to see a side-by-side comparison of this Corsori and the Ninja 5n1 Grill.

We have. I’m not a fan at all. It’s too artificial for me. So I avoid it. Thanks for the comments. Marc
Can this device cook from the bottom and the top? Can you cook with the top up?
You definitely cannot cook with the lid open. Thanks for watching. Marc

I think you are adding the pre heat time into the cook time, and it should be separate. IE) for fries, preheat first, then cook for 22 minutes
Yes that's valuable to know to cook the fries the correct amount. However, adding the preheat time is useful because that is included in the total cook time. - J
I always put ketchup and mustard on a burger . I would have grilled some onions also.
