      I haven't used my traditional oven in over a year. I know that's one of the things that's made my electric bill go down. I haven't changed anything else and we all know that everything is just getting more costly including the utilities. So, that's the only thing I can think of as a reason for why my electric bill would reduce is the fact that I'm using the Cosori Dual Blaze instead of the traditional oven. I know for sure that it takes less to cool my house if that big oven is not heating it up all the time.

      @@nicolasmith1460 i make a foil tray just big enough for the salmon fillets and put a couple of splashes of lemon juice on the foil then place the salmon on top. I dont cover the top of the salmon. Occasionally i put a few drops of sweet chilli sauce on top of the salmon fillets for a bit o zing !!! 195c for 10 mins.

    • @byrw9557
      @byrw9557 Рік тому +1

      @@nicolasmith1460 just because it's what I have, I use a little CorningWare Sidekick dish. I lightly coat the dish with olive oil and put the salmon in with the skin side down and rub olive oil on the top. Set the salmon in the dish into the basket to one side. I do not cover the fish. Cut red potatoes to about 3/4 inch thick. Coat them with olive oil and panko crumbs. Put all the potatoes in the basket beside the salmon dish. In the Dual Blaze, the potatoes can be in a rather even pile and be just fine. They will brown very well. Since, I'm lazy, I just select air fry, 380F, and 18 minutes. I start checking it at 12 minutes with the probe thermometer. Sometimes, the salmon is really thick so the time is quite variable. I don't take it out until it says 160 to 165. I don't like wet fish so I would rather have it a little bit on the dry side and be sure it is really well cooked. Everyone is different so you have to suit yourself. But, I have never had any complaint about it being too dry. All of us like to put something on top anyway which may be anything from lemon, ketchup, to tartar sauce. The potatoes are very flexible in time so you don't have to worry much about them as long as they brown. I always take the fish and the potatoes out at the same time. About the panko crumbs, I found they don't stick very well to the potatoes if they're left the same way I buy them. So, when I come home from the store with them, I put a whole box of them in the food processor and very shortly processed them so that they are much smaller pieces. Don't make flour out of them. After that, I put the crumbs in a big shaker bottle I have. Then, they are ready to use whenever I like. I worried, at first, when I started using the crumbs if they would blow around and cause trouble in the air fryer. I have been doing this for a year now and I haven't had any problems. I don't even think about it anymore. If you don't have one of those pan grabber gadgets, it might be a better idea to use foil to shape a pan for the salmon and leave extra foil for handles. That would not be as heavy and probably wouldn't risk a burn. Hope this helps.

    I have had five air fryers all of which have been cosori's brand except for the one 2-drawer ninja. When the dual blaze came out and I got it in August of 2022, I thought I died and went to heaven! I almost never fry anything anymore in the skillet and basically do all of my cooking in the dual blaze except for the microwave part. I don't shake or flip anything anymore. When I first got the dual blaze, I was hesitant about overloading it. I soon realized it didn't make any difference. I can put a huge load of French fries in there and they all brown even though they are on top of each other. I don't eat beef but I cook all kinds of turkey and chicken and fish and it is so good out of that air fryer. I mainly use olive oil when I use any kind of oil. Experimenting lead me to something I really really like. I've never used panko crumbs before but I bought some and used them as something to give crunch to the stuff that's cooked in the air fryer. I soon got the idea that the panko crumbs were not sticking to the vegetable or meat because maybe the crumbs were too big. So, I got out my food processor and I dumped two boxes of panko crumbs in there and reprocessed them so that they were much smaller. I did not make flour out of them but they are much finer than the way they were when I bought them. That has raised the level of my air fryer experience by a lot! I use those nearly every time I put anything in the air fryer regardless of what it is. It makes things brown beautifully and I just love it. I wish I could put some pictures on here because I just can't say enough in words. Pictures do a whole lot better job of describing how wonderful the dual blaze air fryer is. Sometimes, I add different seasonings to the panko crumbs and that works really well, too. Other things I really like about the air fryer is that it doesn't heat up the whole kitchen or whole house and it doesn't cost much to operate it. The clean up is a breeze and I don't have a million pans to wash. Naturally, something like that is going to have a collection of grease accumulate within the machine. I have found that I can deal with that really well by taking a paper towel and spraying just a little bit of oven off on it and wiping the inside metal part of the air fryer and walk away. The next time I come back in the kitchen, I'll take another paper towel and wipe all that off. It will look like brand new! Although I use this air fryer multiple times a day, I only have to use the oven off treatment every two or three months. This dual blaze is the grandest thing that has happened to my kitchen since my first micro-convection oven.

      Hi! I'm struggling to choose between this one and 2 drawer ninja (af400) - can you please tell me whether Cosori is faster than Ninja and cooks more even? I'd like to have 2 drawers but I've read lots of reviews stating that Ninja cooks unevenly and some food is burned whilst other pieces are raw. Also would love a device that's pretty quick as after coming from work I don't really have lots of time for cooking...

      @@zootesgadgets2470 well, you know, everyone experiences things differently. For us, the Dual Blaze is just a no brainer. It is extremely easy to clean since it has no interior basket. It just is phenomenal in the way that it browns top and bottom at the same time without any flipping, turning, shaking, etc. Ours automatically hooked to the Wi-Fi. I can be outside and it will notify my phone that it's done. When just one of us is here to eat, we use it like a dual drawer. We shape an oblong bowl of foil to fit about half of the drawer and put meet with sauce or anything that might be messy in it. We also have a little Corning baking dish that's about that size. Then, beside that on the tray, we throw in mixed vegetables or potatoes. I truly thought that this wouldn't work in the beginning. I thought that it would probably have to have a single layer. But, I never touch any of it after I make the selections for how I want it to cook. I also thought that the panko crumbs would be a problem flying around in there; but, it's not. Regardless of the brand you buy, get a probe instant read thermometer. This is just a must if you're gonna have good success. By the way, one of my daughter-in-laws just bought the turbo blaze to see how it was gonna be. It is absolutely no comparison to the dual blaze. It has only the one heating element in it. It will never be any kind of competition for the dual blaze! I hope that this helps and that you will feel the same way. I'm in the process of buying a second DB now so that I can run two of them at the same time. With seven sons and their families, we usually have quite a few mouths here at the same time to eat.

    There are so many wonderful things about the dual blaze. I haven't yet tried to bake a cake in one. I will try that soon. One great thing is reheating things that were crisp when they were served but you had put the leftovers in the refrigerator now they're not crisp anymore. All of my air fryers have been really great at recrisping things but the dual blaze is better than any of the others. One example is salmon croquettes. I never liked to make more salmon croquettes than we're going to eat because they never seem to reheat and be like they were on the first round. Well, enter the dual blaze. It will reheat and crisp up those salmon patties like nobody's business. If we get takeout fried chicken and refrigerate the leftovers, we can put it in the dual blaze and it's just like it just came out of the frying pan. This Cosori dual blaze is just the best of the best. I have given several of them as wedding gifts and gotten rave reviews back. Don't forget to give one to someone you love because they will love you back for it.

      @@AirFryerFella the answer about having too many air fryers is only controlled by your budget and what your household circuits will be able to handle. I haven't seen an air fryer yet that didn't use most of an entire circuit. So, when you think about putting two on one circuit you're asking for trouble. The bad thing is the unseen potential for fire. When wires start heating up in the wall, you might not know it until it catches something on fire. This is particularly risky when the circuit breaker is too big for the wire. That will allow it to heat up before it trips the breaker. This is not meant to scare anyone but each person should know the electrical capacities of any situation where there is heavy use like in a kitchen.
      I am one of those persons who could enjoy 10 air fryers! However, I don't have enough circuits in my kitchen to allow for all my desires.
      Most women are not educated in the area of household wiring. For that matter, I would guess most men are not either. Do yourself a favor and educate yourself. Ask questions of the people who know like professional electricians. It just might someday save you from burning your house down.
      Just think about it. I have two air fryers, 2 KitchenAid mixers, one countertop oven, 1 electric wok, one toaster, two blenders, 2 microwave ovens, 1 washing machine, one dryer, 1 electric range, 1 refrigerator, one freezer, etc. if most of that stuff is used at the same time, it is a huge load. I have to be selective of what I use at the same time because my house is not wired well enough to handle all of it. My guess is that most homes would not handle all of it at one time either. Some homes wouldn't even handle half of it. Just be careful and be smart!

    • @AirFryerFella
      @AirFryerFella  Рік тому +1

      @@byrw9557 I don't have multiple air fryers on at once ...I've only got two anyway, but in the UK the max load of a socket is about 3KW (3000 watts) so I'd never have 2 air fryers going at the same time from the same socket. The ring main itself can handle about 7.2KW, so as long as you're mindful of other appliances operating on the same ring main, it is possible to run two air fryers from different sockets. My Cosori is 1.7KW and the Ninja in 2.4KW ...so there's plenty of wiggle room there. In terms of education, I have a City & Guilds Level 3 Award in the In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment, so I have a pretty good idea as to what constitutes an overloaded socket 😉

    • @AirFryerFella
      @AirFryerFella  11 місяців тому +3

      You could certainly bake bread ...but the Dual Blaze does not have a prove function so you cannot use it to rise the dough. The minimum temperature on the Dual Blaze is 80°C. For proving yeast based doughs it would need to be 40°C. The Cosori Turbo blaze has a proof function, but then the Turbo Blaze doesn't have the dual elements ...so you have to ask yourself how important proving yeast based doughs is, and how often you want to make bread. Personally, if I want to allow a dough to rise I can put it in a warm location and allow it to rise on the worktop in my kitchen ...but I want a great appliance to cook things fast and efficiently ...and for that, the Dual Blaze is perfect 😉👍

I think all airfryers have a little smell when you first use them. I guess it's the metal components and non-stick parts of the unit 'burning in' ...but to be fair, it's no different to the way you get a smell from a new oven, frying pan, toaster, or even how you have to season a wok. It certainly isn't unpleasant and after a few uses it just disappears. I've just cooked chicken and corn on the cobs and all I could smell was the food! 😉👍

      @@clairenolan4196 your journey with air fryers is just beginning to be such a wonderful pleasure. Use your imagination and you can do all kinds of things in there. Of course, I have not tried absolutely everything in there but everything I have tried has been just great. Another thing no one ever mentions is how it reduces the number of pots and pans you gotta wash! I usually have the entire kitchen cleaned up in the few minutes it takes the air fryer to do its work. So very nice not to go back in the kitchen after you've eaten and look at a sink full of dirty pots and pans. You will be surprised how many things you can cook together. If you are trying to cook meat and potatoes at the same time, just cut the potatoes a little thicker so it will take them a little longer and give the meat a chance to cook. That way you don't end up with burned potatoes and they're both ready about the same time. I do the same thing with fish. If the fish is thick, I cut the potato thick. If the fish is thin, I cut the potatoes thin. And, above everything else, it is absolutely grand not to have to shake or flip anything!
      I absolutely recommend getting and using a probe digital thermometer. I wish I had known years ago how much it would improve my cooking. I have been one of those people who overcooked food just because I didn't really know what temperature the pan was or the thing that was being cooked. With that proble thermometer, you can't miss! It is just about as great as the air fryer itself.

      You're right it's not in the manual ...and this is actually a poor show from Cosori as there's no real explanation (at all) anywhere as to how the settings function. It's obvious with the Ninja that the fan speed differs for each function (you can hear it) but the fan speed on the Dual Blaze is the same for every setting. As a result I did some extensive research online and discovered that the cooking results were determined by varying levels of heat from the dual elements. The reviewer at fabulesslyfrugal.com covered the topic and I found several Reddit chat forums from a year ago which also discussed it. People had gained the info from Cosori themselves and I screenshot the image here: imgur.com/a/k3IVNBU so I had it to hand to remind me of what function did what when I was experimenting and getting to grips with the air fryer. I soon discovered that it was absolutely correct and that the functions work as described ...and I actually use the bake and broil functions all the time! On the whole it's an amazing air fryer (I'd go as far as to say the best) but Cosori really could do with a more comprehensive guide - the manual gives you the very bare minimum to say the least! 🙄

      Thank you! I've found the appliance very easy to clean and the non-stick basket washes like a dream! I haven't cleaned the elements and tend not to on any of my air fryers. At the very most it should be nothing more than a wipe with a damp cloth when the device is unplugged. You could use some mild detergent to clean around the cavity that houses the element, but in my experience, with the very high temperatures reached, any fat that may have spattered onto the element during cooking will simply burn off. As for the bottom element, it is completely covered by the base of the air fryer basket and has remained perfectly clean as it is not exposed to food and spatter. The underneath still looks as good as new and has never needed cleaning at all! 😉👍

    Thanks for the review. I was wondering how did you find what the different cooking functions do? The manual doesn't explain them at all.

    • @AirFryerFella
      @AirFryerFella  10 місяців тому +1

      You're right, the manual doesn't explain how the functions work at all and this is actually a poor show from Cosori.
      With the Ninja, it's obvious that the fan speed differs for each function (you can hear it) but the fan speed on the Dual Blaze is the same for every setting - something I quickly discovered just from using it. As a result I did some extensive research online and discovered that the cooking results were determined by varying levels of heat from the dual elements. The reviewer at fabulesslyfrugal.com covered the topic in detail and I found several Reddit chat forums from a year ago which also discussed it. People had contacted Cosori directly and gained the info themselves and I screenshot this image: imgur.com/a/k3IVNBU so I had it to hand to remind me of which function did what when I was experimenting. I soon discovered that it was absolutely correct and that the functions work as described.
      I actually use the bake and broil functions all the time and have even got to grips with how results differ between different air fryers. For example, I chargrill corn on the cob all the time in the Ninja (which of course has a single top element) but using the air fry function on the Dual Blaze gives a very different result. Although they cook through, there is little in the way of charring. I soon realised that this was because the bottom element (which is under the basket and therefore covered) does as much work as the top element when using the air fry function. The idea of this is to create 'all-round' even heat, which is great, but it means 'downward heat' from the exposed top element is limited during this setting.
      However, the Broil function allows me to turn the bottom element off, making the Dual Blaze work the same as the Ninja if I need it to. The resulting corn cobs were then identical (and delicious).
      Dual elements with this kind of versatility is a game changer - it allows you to use one machine in many different ways.
      On the whole it's an amazing air fryer (I'd go as far as to say the best) but Cosori really could do with a more informative manual! 🫤

    Comparring the Dual Blaze against the Ninja DZ550 (dual basket smart cook), what are your thoughts? I just got the DZ550 and love it but the baskets are smaller than I imagined. Don't necessarily want to return but would you suggest I look into having both options set up?

    • @AirFryerFella
      @AirFryerFella  4 місяці тому

      @@hanzofps1119 well, I have them both and love them both. My Ninja is the AF400, which is the large dual basket model without the probe, but it's still probably the one I would recommend first because of it's versatility.
      Having two baskets opens up so many more opportunities and is brilliant for cooking two different foods at two different temperatures at the same time ...but, of course you do have 2 much smaller baskets rather than one large one, which can be limiting. The Ninja cooks food hot and fast, but it does needs flipping and turning regularly.
      The Dual Blaze on the other hand gives me that one larger basket when I need it and out of the two, cooks food right through and thoroughly with minimal to no flipping or turning. Having the additional lower element is a game changer. I do a lot of baking in mine and because of the dual elements, it does things the Ninja (or any other air fryer) simply won't do. Having dual elements makes it more like a compact fan assisted oven and it is my day-to-day go to machine. I can put stuffed peppers in the Dual Blaze and they're cooked from top to bottom in 15 mins (they'd take 30 mins in the oven - and you can't flip them over in a regular air fryer because the insides would fall out) I can put a portion of chips in the Dual Blaze and forget about them ...and a 20cm square homemade cake is baked to perfection in 30 mins.
      The Cosori is my favourite, but the Ninja is still the best all round model to go for as your first air fryer so you made the right purchase.
      If you now bought a Cosori Dual Blaze, I think you'd be pleasantly surprised! It's excellent. I don't necessarily have them both on at the same time however. If you have a lot of food to cook all at the same time, it makes sense to just use your regular oven, but be aware that if you do have the Ninja and Dual Blaze both on at the same time, they will draw about 3.5KW or 15amp, so you'll need to check if that's compatible with the sockets and ring main in your home. In the UK, we're on 240v and a double socket will handle about 20amps - an entire kitchen ring main will take about 7.5kw, so it's generally ok, but just be aware of this as I know it does vary from country to country 😉👍

      @@AirFryerFella Thank you for such a detailed and considerate response! Very thoughtful for you to go out of your way and break it down in such detail, especially the power output, that was another concern of mine. The Ninja has grown on me as I'm using it multiple times a day but I believe you're right, I'm going to get the dual blaze as well a bit down the line when I start doing larger meal prep rather than the current on demand cooking. The other reason beside all the key advertised features that makes me want the dual blaze so badly is the wider range of temps and smaller incremental choices you can make. Super bummed out I'm locked into preset 350, 360, 375, 390, and 400 options with the Ninja as I'd really love to cook certain foods above 400(f) or some dishes at the 370/380 mark. Thanks again! Gained a lifetime supporter, keep up the great work! Cheers, mate

    I don’t have an airfryer but I am in the market for one. I have narrowed it down to Cosori Dual Blaze and Ninja 300 or 400. I like the two drawers in the Ninja but the Dual has the benefit of the heating elements in both top and bottom.
    Which one would you chose if you should pick only one?

    • @AirFryerFella
      @AirFryerFella  Рік тому +10

      Wow, that's a really hard question ...because for me, I have a Ninja 400 and a Dual Blaze and I like them both.
      When it comes to Ninja, I'd also always recommend the 400 over the 300. The 300 may have 2 drawers ...but they're 2 quite small drawers and that could potentially be a bit limiting.
      I like the versatility of the Ninja and the fact that I can have 2 things cooking at the same time. Also, the Ninja settings have different fan speeds which can be really helpful. For example, the Bake setting on the Ninja has a much slower fan and this can be really useful when you've got something in the air fryer which is delicate or something with cheese on top for example. The high speed fan of the air fry setting will blow the cheese off! The Ninja also seems hotter and bit more fierce (that's not necessarily a good thing) but then again it only has one element so 100% of the heat is 'downward' ...coming from a single element above the food. This means you need to keep shaking and turning the food to ensure all round/even cooking.
      The truth is, overall cooking results in the Cosori, I feel are better. The Cosori's fan speed doesn't seem to adjust like the Ninja. The fan speed is constant in the Cosori and the heat is regulated between the two elements to give the best results for each cooking function (and it does this really well).
      The Cosori Dual Blaze doesn't even touch the Ninja when it comes to baking ...it is head and shoulders above my Ninja 400! The brownies I made took 25 mins in the Cosori and were cooked to perfection ...they take 40 mins in the Ninja are always a bit softer on the bottom. I made a few sausage rolls for a future video earlier this week and experimented cooking them from frozen. The results in the Cosori were astonishing ...they had fluffed back up and were hot and crisp in less that 10 mins from frozen. I tried a few in the Ninja and they were harder and darker in colour.
      Chips in the Cosori are the best ...you can't beat it, whether fresh or frozen, the Cosori does it best. The Cosori is also a nice size and looks pretty stylish.
      To summarise, I prefer my Cosori ...but of course you only have one, albeit larger basket as opposed to two, so that may be a bit limiting.
      I guess it all depends how you want to cook with it ...if you want to cook for a family, cooking different things at different temperatures at the same time, then the 2x drawer Ninja 400 might be more practical.
      Sorry I can't be more help. All I can say is, I love the Cosori, it is my favourite of the two and the bottom element makes a MASSIVE difference ...but then again I'm not the one having to choose - I have both! 🤷🏻‍♂️

      Haha, would have been easier if you just picked one 😂 I think I’ll go with the Cosori… But in an hour I probably change my mind. I started out also looking at Philips XL and Delonghi Multifry so at least I narrowed down the playing field 50%! That’s something 😂

      @@Thildura Ha! Well, I think you're making the right decision. The Philips XL offers no extra benefit ...The basket size is similar, it's still a standard air fryer with a single top element, you'll still have to flip and shake the food and baking results will be similar to any other standard air fryer.
      The Cosori Dual Blaze IS an upgrade. It's 0.2ltr larger, it also has an app, but more importantly, it has that additional bottom element which (I believe) is a game changer 😉👍

      @@AirFryerFella the way Cosori controls that bottom element is remarkable. Right now, I cannot imagine an air fryer getting better. The only thing that would really make it better, I think, is if it was larger and that would not be as easy to have if there is limited counter space. Two drawers of that same 6.8 liter size would be wonderful too but probably too large for many kitchens. However, when it gets to that, I would just rather have two machines. If one of them quit, I wouldn't be totally without an air fryer.

    • @AirFryerFella
      @AirFryerFella  Рік тому +3

      Hi Nicola, I feel your pain! 😁 I can see you've really thought about this and to be honest, it is such a conundrum. First of all, the Dual Blaze is ground breaking, because it is the only air fryer out of all of them to have dual elements. Let me tell you that I'm finding the bottom element makes a MASSIVE difference. I'm getting better, even, all-round cooking with minimum turning and I would say it's the only air fryer on the market that is truly suitable for baking. I baked an amazing 20x20cm carrot cake in there last week and it was cooked through to perfection in 30 mins ...and it probably could've come out sooner.
      The Turbo looks like an excellent air fryer and I'm tempted to get one ...but (and it's a very big but) I can't see any extra real benefit. Firstly, it only has a single top element like the Ninja 400 and all standard air fryers. It has a higher temperature range of 230°C, just as the Ninja 400 goes to 240°C and the Turbo's fan speed is regulated between the different cooking settings, just like the Ninja 400 but unlike the Dual Blaze where the functions are determined by regulating the temperature between the elements.
      This is one area where the Dual Blaze falls down ...it only has a single (fast) fan speed and the ability to use a lower fan speed can be really useful at times. For example, anything lightweight such as grated cheese can blow around in air fryer mode, so I use the 'Bake' function in my Ninja 400 which has a much slower fan speed.
      I'm also finding the max temp of 205°C on the Dual Blaze to be perfectly adequate. In truth I rarely use anything above 200°C on either air fryer.
      ...And of course you have the question of whether you want one good sized, large drawer with a Cosori or 2 smaller sized drawers with the Ninja!
      One thing I will say is that I was finding the Dual Blaze wasn't browning food quite as quickly and it wasn't charring my roasted corn-on-the-cobs anywhere near what it does in the Ninja. I soon realised it was because the bottom element (which is not exposed to the food and is covered 'underneath' the drawer) in the Dual Blaze was doing a lot of the work ...THEN it suddenly dawned on me that the Dual Blaze's 'Broil' function essentially turns the unit into a standard air fryer, switching 100% of the heat to the top element only (the fan speed remains the same). Bingo! I switched to Broil and got perfect, char-grilled, roasted corn cobs just the same as I do in the Ninja!
      With just one downward facing element working, I had to turn the corn cobs every few mins just as I do in the Ninja and the results were identical ...Again proving the Dual Blaze is an incredibly versatile air fryer, as this ability to switch between elements and have an effective mini oven and/or air fryer combined, is not something you can do with the Ninja or any other air fryer.
      Unfortunately there's no all singing, all dancing model. If Cosori got me in the room, I'd have them producing the best air fryer on the market! It seems that every single aspect is never considered when designing each model - there's always fors and againsts.
      I guess you could always do what I did and get 2? 😜😆
      Best of luck! Let me know how you get on! 👍

      Hi, I've roasted a whole chicken many times in my Ninja AF400, but not yet in the Cosori. No particular reason why I haven't, just haven't cooked a chicken in a while! It shouldn't be any different though. A 1.2kg-1.4kg chicken should only take about 55-65mins at around 180°C. The Cosori Dual Blaze basket is a little shallower than the Ninja and the crisper plate sits a little higher, so if you find the chicken ends up being 'too high' up in the air fryer and too close to the top element, you could always turn the crisper plate upside down (something I've done before with a few items) or if you need to, you could remove the crisper plate completely without too much worry. Of course, roasting a whole chicken without any kind of rack or crisper plate would mean the bird would be sitting in it's own juices, but to be fair, you should be fine. Also, my advice is to always truss the legs to stop them lifting up towards the element as the chicken cooks - something which happened to me in the Ninja! As the chicken cooked and the flesh contracted etc. the legs changed position and rose up, coming into contact with the element and causing the unit to stall! I them struggled to get the door open. 😬 However, I will have a go at roasting a whole chicken in the Cosori, just to see how it performs! 😉👍

      Well, I have both and they are both great ...but they both have their advantages and disadvantages.
      The 2x drawer is very versatile, allowing you to cook two things at different temperatures all at the same time. It is great for cooking a larger meal or for a family ...but you also have to remember that you have two relatively small drawers and just one top positioned heating element in each drawer, meaning the food has to be moved around and turned often during cooking.
      The Cosori Dual Blaze gives you one single drawer that is 50% larger (therefore more practical) and two (both top and bottom) elements meaning the food is cooked to perfection with minimum to no shaking or turning ...but you still only have one cooking zone.
      I love my Cosori and it is now my everyday go-to air fryer. My 2x drawer Ninja is a good all-round, reliable and versatile machine and still gets lots of use.
      I can't recommend one over the other because I love them both! You really need to think about how you'll use it and what features would be useful to you ...and I although I love my Cosori Dual Blaze and can't recommend it enough, a 2x drawer machine might be more practical 😉👍

I guess the nature of an exposed element with a high speed fan and paper that can easily blow around, doesn't mix very well. Secondly, the non-stick coating used on the crisper plates on most models is of a very high quality and washes up like a dream. Your chicken legs were unappealing to me. But why not broil them for a few minutes at the end to get a darker crispy skin? It’s amazing everything else you cooked!

      I've just measured mine and it's 39" long! So a full metre. I haven't had a problem at all and the lead goes all the way along my worktop to the power socket 😉👍

      Interesting? I've not really been preheating much, I've just been putting food in and relying on the instant heat from the 2 elements and fan. I think generally speaking, preheating is beneficial, especially with cakes. Preheating for a few mins before baking definitely gives better results.
