Toshiba Satellite c655 Not Coming on or No power or ACIN fail on Power IC English

Toshiba Satellite C655 Not Coming on or No power or ACIN Power fail on Power IC. Not taking ACIN volt on Power IC, mean the power IC not getting ACIN signal.
Let me tell you, My English is not good, this video I'm try to speak if I'm making any mistake just forgive me.
