I can't get enough of hearing you talk. Your voice is soothing, yet foreboding. Like a parent trying to explain to their young one why the forest is dangerous without frightening them too much. Absolutely perfect for explaining what goes on in the ocean, imo.
I get so excited whenever this channel posts, I'm always down for a soothing, informative documentary. I hope he becomes the next David Attenborough because I absolutely love learning about the deep sea.
He really has a special X Factor, doesn't he? And he's been passionate about since he was a wee one. And he's still so young. If he doesn't get offered a voice over for Nova, Nat Geo, PBS or something of the like, I would be surprised. But I don't know if that is what he wants to do, but he surly has the talent and voice. He will be amazing at whatever his passion follows. I'm so proud of him. (I don't know him, just have loved his channel since he was at like 26,000 subs, which to me is still alot. I have 6 subs lol)

As silly as it sounds, my default image of the entire ocean up until a few years ago was essentially what I learned recently to be the sunlight zone (bright waters, corals, and all that 😆), and it was only recently when I suddenly felt like searching more about it that I became even more fascinated by just how deep and complex it actually is! It goes so deep that sunlight doesn't even reach? Super cold and crushing pressure?? And all those crazy-looking creatures?! 🤯 This was when I discovered your channel, which honestly sealed the final blow on my fascination for marine biology. So while I'm sure you've gotten it a bazillion times at this point, I just wanted to say that I love, love, LOVE your content! And your voice, and not to mention the beautifully composed and delivered narrations! Thanks for helping my budding fascination for the deep sea and marine biology bloom!! I probably wouldn't have gotten this interested in it if not for your channel 💕
“International is between nations” this man just gave the best analogy for how to understand the difference between the words. He simplified it for us. Why doesn’t everyone do that?
The more you study English and root words, prefixes and suffixes, the more you’ll be able to solve the meaning of words on your own. For example, the medical suffix ‘itis’ means “inflammation of “- Appendicitis means ‘inflammation of the appendix”; Bursitis means ‘inflammation of the Bursa’. The word root ‘ology’ means “a science or branch of knowledge”, which translates to ‘the study of ‘ (a particular subject.) Psychology, the study of the psyche, or mind; Geology, the study of the Earth; Biology, the study of life and living organisms. The more knowledge you acquire, the easier it becomes to decipher the meaning of a word, even if you have never heard it before. The English language is fascinating! Now if I could only remember not to use so many commas! 🤣
I can see how it could be useful to some but over explaining can be unsettling especially to us science enthusiasts. The "interspecies" "international" analogy kind of felt like an unintentional insult to my intelligence. Great video though. :)
I love videos about deep ocean, there isn't enough videos about it and research being done. I know its hard to get down there but its possible and as humans we don't visit it often enough. We can build drones for war and rockets for space we should have stuff capable to easily go down there and people going. Your videos are great thanks for sharing.
