That is the powerlift. It’s a mechanical lift that is used to lift and lower implements such as corn planter, corn cultivators, plows, etc that are mounted on pipes through the frame of the tractor
You have a olicer 77 tractor with series 1 series 2 and series 3 hydraulics for the oliver 77 I need to find out witch one mine has if you have all 3 different ones can you make me a video
@@TeresaJohnson-ew4us omg, UA-cam is horrible at notifications. It doesn't show any replies unless it's a new one. I don't think we have all 3 versions. I'd have to look
I have a Oliver 77 and put new points condenser and a 12v rectifier if that's what it's called took it off my runing Oliver but this one won't get spark even from condenser
Run a wire from Battery (+) to top blade of an Off/On (kill) switch ... run a wire from switch bottom blade to coil (+) ... run wire from coil (-) to distributor. Make sure the coil, plug/coil wires, distributor cap, etc are, of course, good. On all my Olivers they seem to like the D21 (hotter plugs). Hope that helps. They normally tolerate enough to start, then you can fine tune. Have fun with it.
Grew up on a 51 Oliver 77. My brother restored it and it still runs like a top.
Nice! They are a great tractor
The sound is magic !!! 😍
Interesting step setup
Beautiful 77, I have my aunt’s 1950 77 she purchased new. I also have my neighbors 1954 77, from the farm next door, that he purchased new.
Awesome! Have a '51 77 would like to find engine panels.
👍👍
At 3:45 what is that spinning ? When he presses that pedal?
